How are seasons handled? Is the equiv of star season winner rewards bumped up to PO/WM card? Do you just have to make it to the quarters to get PO tier card?

No, in the WWE game, in order to get a WM (Playoff) card, you have to make the Finals. QF or Semifinals exit, you only get SV (Star) card.

They messed up WM tier big time...because the RTG (RTTC) cards, which is pro-able in the WWE game, are the best cards in the game...so in KOTR (seasons), you're basically playing against the same cards...it takes luck to reach the finals.

It's a hot mess.

most people will look at the star wade / leg lebron over star ellis / leg rondo(?) rather than the RC card. remember bucks v wizards?

Wizards won because Wall was more popular than Lanier. Bucks had the better RC card and the better Star card.

My last couple of season rewards have been Kyrie, Oscar, and Magic. Now I have a feeling my Playoff freebe is gonna be terrible since the last few rewards have been top tier cards.

I got the same feeling, since my initial bad luck entering star tier (pulled a swaggy P as my freebie and got a crappy star support as my first reset and a WBF as my first season reward) I have got 3 star curry, horace grant, ibaka, ewing, and klay v1. I keep feeling like my luck is gonna change and I'm gonna get hit with the armpit soon.

I'm going with Heat since neither of the RC cards will help (not going for top 100 this time). But at least Tim Hardaway's card is more even (don't need another off card) plus D.Wade's card should be more profitable than Ellis, even though I'm a fan of Ellis.

Nowitzki would be a really good fit for me, and either of Ellis or Rondo would be a useful dupe. This all but guarantees that the Heat will be winning by 500,000 before I wake up tomorrow morning.
