It needs 9125 XP to train a card from 1 to 35.

A 0/20 rare has a value of 81, so it needs 112 of them to fully train an epic.

A 20/20 rare has a value of 81 (base) + 1944 (60% of the trained XP), so you need like 4,5 of them to fully train an epic.

All that's based on the information here.
