Okay, let's nip this in the bud. mickleod, It's just very unlikely that the game bought HS for you. Like you said, you looked away for 10 seconds, which is more than enough time for someone to tap carelessly and tap "confirm" when purchasing HS.

At the same time, nobody has ever experienced what you're describing...so there could be 1 of 3 scenarios. 1) You accidentally purchased them while looking away or 2) Your phone is buggy or 3) There is some error or line of code.

But given the circumstances as to you're the first person to ever experience this and you admitted to looking away for 10 seconds, it's highly unlikely it's scenario #3.

Also, your derogatory and aggressive comments to CD doesn't help your case...usually in customer service if you're able to be polite and write something with respect, they're more inclined to listen. You "must" give me back my credits is a bit aggressive and doesn't help your case.

While I don't agree with your conclusion, I do appreciate that you took the time to acknowledge the possibility that I was not complicit in the purchase.

I did not purchase the hot streaks, knowingly or unknowingly. I will not post regarding the "transaction" again until I receive my compensation. I understand that no one else is interested in my loss or my complaints and I respect their right to feel this way.

Wasn't my mistake pal, learn to read.

I spend most of my time in school preparing for medical school, not wasting my time playing this game all weekend. That is why getting my credits irritates me. I earn mine when I play, so it's frustrating to have them taken unjustly.

I have foolishly made my own mistakes by accidentally purchasing single season boosts and I don't complain about that. But when it's out of my hands, I have every right to complain.

Most of your posts involve insulting everyone's intelligence and telling us how smarter you are, if you were smart you'd know 1,200 credits can't get you a bag of chips. If you want credits so bad go win seasons or sell cards man..

Grow up dude. I didn't even have my hand on the screen. But it's too complex of an idea for your brain to wrap around that perhaps not everyone in this world is unaware of what their appendages are doing at all times. Not everyone is out to blame a company for their mistakes, I just happened to get robbed by an error in coding

I'd also like to issue an apology to joenuts to ensure he is aware that my comments directed towards him were not intended in a manner derogatory towards him, his family, or his play style. I do apologize if they came across as such.

I don't think anyone said it was impossible, just highly unlikely. And from your email to CD, I'm just saying to brace yourself because chances are pretty slim that they'll find (or can even reproduce) what you've experienced and you'll most likely NOT get any credits back.

I think the best case scenario you can hope for is they give you back 200 credits. Just saying to prepare for the worst, that's all.

I changed it, turns out i did my math backwards, so it would be 1715 - 30 percent is about 1199.5
