 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

That's part of the reason Klay is my favorite...he is so damn good but he is such a low key guy. Basically he isn't an *******...which ironically Sprewell was hahaAhhh I remember that lockout season..yeah, I don't care much for Parker/Manu. Respect the hell out of Duncan because in the age of prima donna NBA stars...Duncan's been low maintenance and stayed loyal with the team. No drama and goes about his business. I can respect that.Comment

 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

And that is why I don't like the Spurs (eliminated the Lakers too many times and the Heat)My hatred of them stems back to the 99 finals when they beat the Knicks...who at the time had my all time favorite player on the team (Sprewell). From there it just grew and I am sick of seeing Ginobili and I forgot to add that I can't stand Parker either. Duncan is a great player though...possibly the dullest person in the NBA but an all time great nonetheless.Comment

 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

That 2nd one though on the end of the game if it wasn't called an offensive interference and the Clippers won the game would you call him out? I doubt it. It was unlucky for DJ that the ball bounced near his hand when its still on the cylinder.I call out DJ (and BG) not SOLELY for trying to go for that tip in, but repeat offenders show a trait of lacking that basketball IQ to make a player with good fundamentals a great player; or a player with great fundamentals a "one of the best" in his position (e.g. Tim Duncan).

An example of someone who has great basketball IQ, imho, is Dennis Rodman (even if he has a temper / low EQ). His basketball IQ (on top of his skills) make him one of the best rebounders in the league, and, obviously, a hall of famer. 6'7 as a very succesful PF, it isn't just about athleticism.MyNBA2K

 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

Nope can't do it haha...we all have teams we dislike in every league we follow. Spurs will always be mine in the NBA, Patriots in the NFL and Dodgers in MLB.Comment

 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

Yep, Warriors have a bunch of low key guys like Steph and Klay. Draymond is a little outspoken and has a bit of an edge but that's exactly what the team needs. And Kerr has brought out the best of the team. I talked to Iggy and he said that he was open to being the bench guy because he just wants to WIN.Comment

Makes sense. I can respect that LeBron James is a good player, but I will NEVER root for him because of the way he acts.

 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

So you can either say DJ is unlucky, or CP3 has a high basketball IQ in this scenario:

 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

I still think without Parker they can't beat them but Pop is a good equalizer.Spurs still have the DPOY and Green, who are probably a better defensive duo than any to guard Curry and Thompson. Not saying for sure the Spurs will win, but they have the best chance out of any team to knock of the Warriors.

Edit: Plus they also have one of the greatest coaches in NBA history.Comment

 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

All superstars in this league act the same as LeBron they have their egos and whines to the referees, if there's one exception its Tim Duncan coz Timmy is stoic and humble.MyNBA2K

Exactly...Jordan is one of the all time *******s in both the NBA (and real life haha) but I would never be dumb enough to say he wasn't the greatest ever. Besides, as I mentioned, my all time favorite was kinda a dick too lolComment

 Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion

That play on the video was a bad play for DJ to not know the clock but its not only DJ who had dumb plays like that down the stretch because they did not notice the clock, calling out a player's IQ coz of that one play he spaced out if unfair in my opinion. Plus I wasn't arguing over this play I was talking about the tip on offensive interference where you called out his IQ coz he went for the tip in.So you can either say DJ is unlucky, or CP3 has a high basketball IQ in this scenario:
