The upper range clusters statistically significantly around 260, but the cluster has density in the surrounding numbers +/- 8 or so clears that don't make sense unless it's some kind of phasing in chance system (sort of like how Diablo 3 has a pity timer on Legendary drops after roughly 90 minutes without a drop where the chance steadily increases until one drops).

I could show you the plot if you like. It was a bit of interesting statistics that entertained me for a couple hours one day when I had office hours and no student appts.

I'm super happy that whatever they put in place is there though. Stories from last year's app are scary.

Yeah, I get all that and there's ranges where people draft normally but it can go higher is what I'm saying and again...we kinda covered it once before where people thought the more boards you go the higher the chances but NW said it's all random until you hit that promised number. Reminds me of last year when everyone had theories of what order to draft on the board for better chances at Epics and Legends. NW came in and flat out told us it's random but people still didn't believe lol even had someone ask that randomly in this years app.

Yeah. What's the highest you've seen a Star++ clear reported at? I didn't see any in the tracking counter resets thread higher than 268 that I recall.

Sorry, I am through and through a total nerd. Math, language, etc... are as interesting to me as games.

No need to apologize man, we are all passionate about something! I couldn't tell off the top of my head but I can tell you that I had a reset in regular star that was in the high 300's and people were saying the "average" reset was about 320 or so.

I'm surprised you feel this way. I'm a bit irritated that this kind of stuff is actually going on and not getting caught, but I would be far more irritated if I had dropped $500 on credits for hot streaks to keep up with cheaters and speed hackers.

I retract feeling bad for the folks in the top-25 who post here if they are cheating too. If they aren't, the cheaters are costing them ridiculous amounts of money.

I think if you look at my post history from earlier this year it should all make sense to you. If not I'm happy to take this conversation offline to PMs.

The reality is there's no point trying to save the day and step in trying to be a sheep dog here mate, because there's more wolves amongst the sheep than you think.

I think someone was looking for one with a buyback or for a trade! Though now is the best time to train it and put it up for sale since people might be looking for a dupe for RTTC/playoff tier

Yeah, trading for Stars is okay as you loose 1500 Credits, but buying means 5000 credits loss, and it is not worth it for a guy like Goodrich

The best lineup possible is

Big o (highest pm)
Klay thompson(highest off, second highest Ath)
I personally prefer pippen at the 3. Good off and def
Davis(highest defense)
Robinson(highest Reb)

I consider myself very lucky then! From the Stars I've got from drafts/seasons (total of 4), I've gotten Big O (first reset after freebie), Pippen (Leg Season win), and Davis (early reset). Had Big O and Davis duped, and finally got enough credits to dupe Pippen today. I've only ever bought one MVP pack, and that one had Robinson in it haha. All I need now is Klay to be able to finish your ideal lineup.
