When you open the app on your phone (iOS), go to options and then scroll down and click logout. When you hit play from the main screen, it will bring up the following screen:




Then go ahead and confirm it's still your same account that you already leveled up to Epic. After you confirm, then close the app and launch bluestacks. If you already logged in, go to options and log out and then when you go to play you should see the following screen:




Login on this screen via facebook and once you have facebook confirm your authorization it will link your account. Then you can also log in via google+ to further link your account to that login.

No reset for me either, didn't count boards but I played quite a bit after the update and I lost my way to Shaq... hopefully it will come up soon.

Losing to Shaq 224 times would have around 70 or so board clears, on average, if that helps you figure out approximately where you are. Playoff tier is really where the + and ++ will help a lot I think. I have been super tempted to just dump some money into making 5 greats pros, but then what would I have to play for?

The grind is real, but hitting Playoff++ just by playing is gonna be way more satisfying than pulling out a credit card and getting there and then being totally bored until September or October.

Anybody know what the average reset for playoff tier is yet? I know I'm not close as I'm only at 180 boards but it'd be nice to know what I'm shooting for....

The greats has way more upside if you can ever dupe it. A playoff pro could be what puts you out in front of most people on getting playoff cards every 4.5 days or so. If you can consistently make the finals, you're going to have your 10 Playoff Pros pretty fast and then you can just sell them after that and buy greats packs over and over to improve your deck from there

If you can consistently make the finals, you're going to have your 10 Playoff Pros pretty fast and then you can just sell them after that and buy greats packs over and over to improve your deck from there

Assuming they are similar to SuperCard (where the prior tiers are similar), then you're looking at something like:

Playoff: 410
Playoff+: 370
Playoff++: 320

That's a super rough estimate though. Haven't seen enough data yet to get a feel for where the actual max boards number is. I've been ridiculously lucky so far with 3 resets in less than 400 boards so I'm due for a max reset.

This is what I'm planning to do since I did this on Star tier and it worked. I know getting a greats dupe is satisfying but I'm trying to get more regular PO pros while having credits to run for Top 100 or Top 25 on RCs then once I'm set with 10 PO pro cards then all cards I draft or win from seasons will go straight to AH to open them packs.

No offence but you're making no sense at all. I made a new facebook account and clicked confirmed and guess what happened?
