Where are you aiming for? I got 3 playoff resets already, all early, so I decided to just suck it up and eat the lost reset. I figure I'll have to bang out 2.5-3k games ... so I will almost certainly get a star reset, unless I drop my deck rating down to Star and get luck and no star drops ... in that case I can jump back up to PO+ and get the reset pretty fast.

But ... I'm pretty sure that I'll be able to hang in the top-100 this time as long as I don't succumb to a really long sleep, and I gotta figure a Pro RC Playoff card has got to be worth missing a single reset, yeah?

If you can make the top 1,800 by dropping tier, then you get a PO card to replace the lost reset, and if your reset is due soon, you could be a long way towards the next reset when the event ends. If you can make top 800, then you'd get the RC single (around MVP pro quality unless my maths are bad) plus the PO card.

I dunno how much you want to grind, but if you're willing to put up like 10k points, you probably come out ahead even if you lose a reset

im actually where i want to be right now (554 pts, rank 1436, aiming for top 1800) but im trying to grind as hard as i can today and tomorrow, since I know i wont be able to play as much on the weekend.

i dont think i can do 10k pts... the most ive ever done was around half that!

I found the sweet spot as far as very high win rate goes with my lineup. The only way I lose is if I get stuck with Def vs. Off the first 3 quarters or if I get ATH/PM quarters the first three quarters.

PG: Untrained Epic with team proc
SG: Common
SF: Swaggy P with 3 UR OFF enhancements for Off quarters (He beats MVPs and Greats in a lot of matchups, which is nice).
PF: Horace Grant with 3 UR REB enhancements (My Rodman is 2 slots, so Grant comes out ahead)
C: Greats Shaq single (He wins Def/REB, REB and REB/ATH quarters almost 100% ... only gets beat by a playoff tier card proc or an RC pro)

That puts me about 35% into Star+ and I see about 55% Star+ for my +5s and about 42% Star++ and the last 3% is the occasional Playoff tier lineup. The Playoff tier ones tend to be really easy to beat once I know what cards they have, and I noted them.

Hopefully this helps if you guys have cards that can cover a lot of the matchups. Doesn't need to be precisely the cards I have. You could replace shaq with an MVP pro and go for different matchup wins. The SPros I'm running aren't exactly the top tier super desired ones though, so hopefully that inspires you guys to experiment and kick arse

If you can make the top 1,800 the grind will definitely be worth it. If you can get yourself to 10k points and if my estimate that it will get you top 800, that will certainly also help a lot. Getting that RC card will give you an MVP Pro level card to help you in QGs, Seasons, RttC and the next RC ... and if you dupe that Playoff card also, you should have a huge increase in deck strength, and if you get lucky it may help you get to the finals in a season!

That's why I'm totally doing a massively long grind session to start. I'd really like to wake up from that first sleep and still be in the top 100 so I can just rebuild the cushion and hopefully not drop out during the 2nd sleep. If it's at all possible, I'll try and only sleep twice but it's hard to go 90 hours with only 8-12 hours sleep at my age.

Four days and grind = a lot of games. I just don't want to waste 4 days of grinding for stars. so I would rather forego a top-100 rewards for drafting regular PO and build up my deck for both season and rttc (and obviously QG and RC in a long run).

It is brutal to play PO+ team as a PO team, when PO+ team have 3 PO pros that are +5K in each category, however.

I know wrong thread, but I'd rather offer this to you guys in here. I've decided to sell my two Jalens. They're both fully trained and I was going to pro them but then I thought about it and I've already got Pro Giannis so I'd rather sell them and use the credits to go for another position.

Dropped down to Star and haven't lost a game yet...stacking those picks then when I get to 24 picks I go back up to PO...more time consuming sure but when you figure in winning every game +10 HS it really saves me time lol

This is exactly what I'm doing. Yeah it sucks to change your LU back to PO but I'm almost 250 board clears in and I'm not risking a Star reset. I'm running A Greats, MVP pro, Spro, UR and rare. Seems to win pretty constant unless I run into a batch of RC pros.

I might try that, sounds like you're in the sweet spot. Are you facing any Greats, RC pros or MVP pros?
