Yeah i know... I've boosted on game 6 (which just started), but i know i have 0% chance on winning 3 in a row...

game 6? thats means you won game 5 so you only have to win 2 in a row, right?

Started a Playoff season, have 4 Playoff Pros, 3 RC pros, 1 HOF Pro, 1 PnP Pro rest are MVP Pros. Posting it here on Main Thread coz people ignore the season thread. Gonna post again once I'm in.

I'm in a season now so those that are waiting can finally start.

Any advice on how to properly adjust my seeding position in a season? There appears to be 3 other humans. One of them is Leng {One of the Yao team I think} and I beat him but all 8 cards I saw were Playoff Pros (4), RC Pros(2), HoF Pros (1), or All-Star pros (1), at about 2/3 energy. I think I need to be on the other side of the bracket from that deck heh.

I've lost twice in 32 games, both by a single point to a human player. I'm pretty sure I can beat the other humans in the season ... so I kind of want to ensure that I can land on the opposite side of the bracket from Leng and get another PO finals in.

its all good. i know ill never make it to the finals in playoff seasons so i never get too mad about it

make sure you check every team even if you crushed them. they could have not been energized/tanking. And yeah, i would stay away from Leng at all costs lol

If Leng is the only guy you think you can't beat then give him the 1st seed, make sure you lose to him everytime you face him and stay on no.2 or no.3 seed so you're on opposite bracket. I know 1st,4th and 5th seed are on left side and 2nd,3rd and 6th are on right side of bracket.

Leng was the only team that wasn't fully energized in our games. The guy who beat me by 1 point twice (my only losses so far) was fully energized to my 80% or so... so unless he's hiding something on the bench, he should be easy to take out.

I'm hoping that the folks on my side of the bracket just drop out 1st round and I can throw on an asst. manager and just let myself lose to Leng in the finals.

I won game 5, 90-89, despite him getting 3 OFF quarters and me 0....

(which must apply as i see it, coz for instance i had DEF vs OFF, and my POTG Shaq lost to a Pro Star CP3).

If Leng is the only guy you think you can't beat then give him the 1st seed, make sure you lose to him everytime you face him and stay on no.2 or no.3 seed so you're on opposite bracket. I know 1st,4th and 5th seed are on left side and 2nd,3rd and 6th are on right side of bracket.

I think Leng intentionally lost to me in the 12th game. Was at half energy. Right now there's two of us tied at #1 with 2 losses and Leng with 4. I think I can just make sure I lose like 3 games and get behind Leng and hopefully Leng takes the #1 seed.

thats actually good. if you get even decent matchups you should win the last two...... then again, getting decent matchups is not a safe bet at this point lol

Yep try to give him the 1st seed as much as possible and try to be no. 2 or no.3 seed so even if you tie you will be on the separate brackets. If you're gonna tank put your players out of position even if they are out of energy so that they don't get the bonus 5% coz sometimes bots still lose to a drained out team.

yeah, i always just stay close to someone so i can change spots if needed. just dont get yourself into a position where you cant move up or down in the standings

Reached my target of 6500 points! Time to move up to PO + play some +3 games and see if I can hit a PO card or two while watching Liverpool!
