The logic is the 1k credits and maybe even more if it's a sellable star.

I'm in my fourth Playoff Season. I'm not going to win, however, I did get really lucky joining a Playoff season with one other human and won and I got a Playoff Card. The other two, and this one, Hall of Fame Stars. While tough to dupe, they are kind of cool cards. And being in Playoff tier quick game, I've picked up a few non-reset Stars. IMO Playoff cards are too dang valuable not to at least try Playoff Seasons. There's always that chance you can get really lucky, and after a few pre-championship game losses, the odds of getting a sexy HOF dupe go up considerably. Who knows, maybe HOF Stars will be available on Auction House too one day, then regular Stars will really be worthless.

Still doesn't make sense to me lol. That's also assuming other people aren't doing the same thing and the Star market is dead right now. At least you have a better chance to sell an MVP card.

i would still try to get the highest card possible that you can get during RC, and just train to the level of the rest of your deck so you dont unbalance it too much.

Eh? Was that a reply to me Kclutch? I'm not really trying to mess around with Star MVP's haha. I am all about Playoff Seasons though. Ain't nobody got time for Star seasons haha.

Alright seeing as you all seem to be in a helping mood right now, I need some help on what I should do next RC. Now last RC I coasted to getting my star, I mean literally coasted up until the last couple hours. Grinded the whole first played a couple of games on Friday and Saturday and then grinded to make sure I stayed in that 1801-5K bracket on Sunday. So I am guessing if I grind all 4 days I could get myself a single PO card. But I am not sure if it's worth the grind or not. Alright so here are my lineups for QG and season. So should I go for the PO or will it be unbalanced. That's only thing I care about is having a balanced lineup. I would love to get to PO tier at some point but by the time I get close MyNBA2K16 will already be out.


QG: Leg Lebron Heat, Epic Pro Dion Waiters, Epic Pro Iggy, Star Danny Manning, and Epic Pro David West. And this gets me 99% through Leg +. I am thinking some SR enhancements over rare enhancements will put me over.

PG: Leg Chauncey Billups, Leg Penny (RTTC), and Epic Jason Williams
SG: Epic Pro Waiters, UR Pro MJ, UR Pro Nic Batum
SF: Epic Pro Iggy, leg Lebron, UR Pro Nic Batum

C: Leg Bosh, UR Pro Tiago Splitter, Epic AS Yao

Why worry for unbalancing your LU? You can always get an RC PO and just gradually train him to match the level of your other cards.

Grind for the highest possible card you can. If you get the PO card, you can always sell it on AH for credits. With those additional credits, you may be able to find deals for Legs/Stars from forum members.

Haha my bad, I was just trying to emphasize on KBAQ's post about getting more credits in Star Seasons. Was too lazy to scroll back a page and reply. =P

But yeah, that's also assuming other people in Star seasons aren't doing the same thing, so 1000 credits isn't guaranteed. Plus, I'm sure people will see MVP Pros in Star seasons too now since it takes a good amount to completely fill the bar.

Anyone else having trouble getting SF's? I'm looking ahead to RTTC and I really only have 3 that I can win with. Is it just a week position in the game or am I unlucky?

I feel the same way that Cat Daddy is starting to feel. You should be playing your best cards and in your top tier. I have always played this way. At first, I didn't know about the 3/2 or common bench exploits, so I didn't use them. But even after reading about them. I still don't use them but I may use a 3/2 next RC if I decide to go for the PO card because I am going to need to win +5s as I don't think winning a majority of +3's with an occasional +5 and HS will do it. I mean you are turning down cards that could help you. Yea if HOFs don't help you then tank in the first round and get an MVP. TBH I would ecstatic to get any of those cards right. Hell I would even take a WBF or TheAmrpit™ right now because they would make LU better. Yea they may be ****ty star cards but they would become my second best card right now.

in my opinion SFs are the weakest cards, pretty much only good for OFF. the PG and SG are good for PM and ATH, while the PF and C are good for DEF and REB. its usually the last card i play, unless i get offense in the 1st or 2nd quarter.

Yeah, you dont have to unbalance it. If your LU has Epic Pros and Legs, you could train that RC PO so that it's stats are in the 800-850 region.

Let us know when we can help you - I am pretty sure there are more than enough guys (included me) who will help you. So it is up to you - I got some help from some of the guys here and moved up pretty fast - or you can take the long road
