4 for 4 on Playoff seasons! Dynasty in the making! All I can say about the reward I got is that it was bound to happen. My first 3 wins I got good/great rewards (1 Slot Lillard, 3 Slot Pau, 3 Slot Kawhi) so it evens out.

How many The Greats cards are there?

I heard there are 40.

There are 46 greats cards. The "Greats" are from the "50 Greatest Players" thing which was done on the 50th anniversary of the NBA. You can read a little bit about it Here. If I recall correctly, they had them appear during halftime of a finals game in the middle championship of the Bulls' 2nd 3-peat.

The reason they don't have all 50 is because four of the players are generally unwilling to give the rights to use their likeness and such. That's why we don't have any Lew Alcindor (Kareem) cards at all in the game.


@The Regulars - I am no longer in need of star cards at all and I find myself getting them rather frequently. I am happy to give them to anyone whose name I recognize for zero profit, so just drop me a PM if you need any of the ones I've got at the moment:

Mike Conley
Rasheed Wallace (should be an easy dupe I would think)
Isiah Thomas
Steve Nash (Likewise should be an easy dupe)
Clyde Drexler

I won't go first. If you BiN you get the card and your buyback immediately but will lose a little more to tax. What you get back is according to the following formula: (.7x) -20 = Y

X = The amount you pay for the card
Y = Your buyback amount

The .7 multiplier accounts for the 30% tax and the -20 is for the credits it costs me to list the card. I make zero credits, and you get a star as cheap as it's possible to get. Hopefully this can help some folks get from Leg to Star and start getting Stars every few days from seasons, or perhaps help some folks get to the 15 SPro (or equivalent) mark necessary to reliably win +2 against the Greats cards in RttC.

I think the folks who end up being helped by this will be okay that it's a SmartForce™ essay.

He has the third or fourth highest def of the PO cards behind AD and Kawkhi, possibly bradley but I don't think so. One man's trash is another's treasure....

He has 4th highest base defense behind AD, Kawhi and Butler. He has higher base stat defense than Bradley. Bradley has advantage though when his ability activates.

Ad kawhi butler have higher def than him

The thing about him is how weak his reb is... I personally prefer a Reb heavy center

Yep I agree, at this stage of Playoff update having more regular PO pros will give you more advantage over other players. That advantage can make you a regular at the Finals in which you can get more PO cards that you can sell.

I guess its bad for more min/maxers. I'm guessing the biggest drawback is that his ability doesn't match up well with his specialty, which is DEF.
