You can have a dupe of your Star SG if you pay the tax and listing fee. I got him from the RC because I had some dead time early. In hindsight I wish I had re-arranged my schedule and tried to top-25 it, given the point totals ... but c'est la vie.
My loss can be your gain.
The way it works is you buy the card at minimum bid (he's untrained and unlikely someone will outbid you). I think buy a common from you for the profit, minus the 20 credits listing fee. In this way I neither gain nor lose credits, and you get the dupe for literally the lowest you could possibly get it for (unless you happen to draft one).
So if you bid 5000, 12 hours later I'll get 3500 (the tax is 30%). I would then BIN a common from you for 3480 and you would get 2,436 back.
You essentially get the star card to make a pro at your SG slot for 2,564 credits.
Drop me a PM if you want to do it. I have other star singles I'd be happy to do the same thing with. I'm all about trying to help folks get into Star tier where they can get the best season rewards of all the brackets (just make the 2nd round of the playoffs and you get a star card, so you get a star every 4th day roughly, plus your resets).
