It's interesting to see what they do. A major problem is that they give out too many cards, yet if they make it harder to obtain cards, people aren't going to be happy.

I'm not sure they do really. I think there are two big things in play:

1.) They scale the ladder rewards and reset durations against the high volume players. The folks who can bang out 100 games in an hour and essentially min/max their play. If the resets were lowered, those people would just overwhelm the game getting cards so fast that they would tank the market for everyone else. This is a problem that has few solutions that don't involve a cap on how many games can be played per time. They don't want to do that.

I have some ideas but I don't work for them, so I'm not really sure how they'll help.


2.) The vast majority of cards they give out actually get trained into other cards. Some people train everything below SR or UR into SR/UR to sell. Some people train into URs to save for future cards they will earn and want to train quickly, etc...

The argument that they give out too many cards just sort of falls flat when one needs only look at his own experience to realize that something like 99.9999% of cards we get get churned for xp.

Finally made it into Playoff QG and what do I get? My 3rd playoff point guard. Could have really used a C or PF.

Mozgov isn't exactly the cream of the crop, but you can get him from me with me keeping only a 1,500 credit profit. You should be able to find another deal nearly as good and dupe him for a pretty small cost.

I've still got my Kemp too. No PMs for him, which is surprising.

Mozgov isn't exactly the cream of the crop, but you can get him from me with me keeping only a 1,500 credit profit. You should be able to find another deal nearly as good and dupe him for a pretty small cost.

If I had any kind of credits I would take you up on that. Maybe some other time.

bro he has like 300 credits i would love to give out so many cards for free but the players that need them don't have the credits

For the sweepstakes/giveaway, I was thinking of an RC related reward, but since GameDad has confirmed it will be an RTTC week...I think I'm going to propose the following contest for this week. Everyone is allowed to join.

Rewards
1st: PO Demar Derozan + 1000 credits
2nd: PO Damian Lillard + 500 credits
3rd: PO Marcin Gortat + 300 credits

How to Win
Each contestant must correctly guess each tiered card for this coming RTTC. Common, Uncommon, Rare, SR, UR, Epic, Legendary, Star, PO, Great.

Whoever has the most correct guesses will win the prizes. Please DO NOT PM me just yet. I'm thinking the contest will start tomorrow so that if GameDad drops any hints on Twitter, each contestant will have the opportunity to guess with an even playing field. The contest will run up until the pre-game is released (if there is an earlier start time, then it will be up until the earlier start time).

For the reward, you will receive the PO card for FREE. This means you will not have to pay tax or listing fee. You get that card and the credits associated with the reward.

Except Star tier isn't restricted is it? Greats cards kind of is, yes the list is outdated because it should include Lebron, Kobe, Wade, Duncan, Dirk, Durant and so on. It shouldn't include Steph Curry though, not yet. Also would you really want a Greats Curry? Especially after he won the RC plus its not like he doesn't already have NINE other cards...

Never said I wanted the card.. just saying that people shouldn't count out the possibility. CD has shown a willingness to bend/break their own guidelines several times... and there seems to be no limit to what they'll do for Steph Curry.

He had two RCs in a row already..
