Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
I got The Splash Bros from the last RC but left them trained up to around level 22 because all my other cards were only Leg Pros. I now have added a Star Pro to it and was planning to perhaps run a 3/2 LU for the supposed RC event. Since its now RttC, should I just go ahead and max all 3 of them out or will that still cause problem for my LU in the long run?
Thanks in advance!Tier: Playoff+

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
No one can ever accuse me of not being a good person to deal with. Made a deal to trade my Kemp for a Shumpert but then ended up buying a Duncan to dupe instead. Buying the Duncan put me short on credits for the trade but just to be fair and not back out of the deal I bought a $20 credit pack. So not only did I trade for a slightly worse card but I actually spent my own money to do it.. Which I usually try to avoid... uploadfromtaptalk1435048361060.png

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Woo hoo! finally I get something useful. After pulling a disappointing 1 slot lillard a few hours ago I get this as my season reward. A dupe that I was actually looking for! If I had enough credits a day ago I was going to buy one; good thing I was broke
This solves many problems: my sanity with this game, my missing Pro PO power forward for seasons, a much needed 8th PO pro to win the greats card consistently at +5 and I get to save 7,500 credits and can focus on Greats packs again.Last edited by richie_r1ch; 06-23-2015, 04:38 AM.IGN: Richard

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Oh and i just wanna take advantage of the opportunity and say that i completely agree with Danan. Queen is the greatest band in the history of music, and Freddy Mercury the most amazing, talented and charismatic frontman ever.

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
The Beatles obviously have to occupy the "Greatest Band" spot. If I'm thinking of just the greatest band from my personal taste perspective, from among bands who sold 100 million or more records (anything below that probably can't be called "greatest" when the Beatles are 250 million+), I would have a hard time deciding between Pink Floyd or The Eagles. Both are great for different reasons.
As charismatic a front man as Freddie was ... I think a couple of predominately solo artists top him; Sir Elton John and Rod Stewart. Rod, in particular, is still ridiculously charismatic and energetic and giving lengthy performances and he's 70 years old.
Took my wife to see him for our anniversary a couple years back and quite by mistake, without us knowing it, the concert had been re-scheduled at the last moment twice prior due to health concerns once and something technical with the plane the other time, so only about half of the ticketholders showed up. So we got escorted from the upper bowl down to fantastic seats.
Rod comes out, and gets down on one knee and gives like a 2 minute apology to everyone for what happened with the prior dates and promises to go for "as long as I can keep going tonight". Then he proceeded to throw a 4 hour+ concert (just him, after the opening acts) culminating in him somehow having the energy to kick out footballs to the crowd while he did what I assume is his current end of concert routine (including making fun of himself for still singing "Do you think I'm sexy" at his age).
I've seen a lot of great acts and solo musicians in my life, and I don't think I could even compare any other live performance which I attended that even came close to what He put on that night. And not that it particularly matters, but it think he did like 27 wardrobe changes or something too.
Now ... maybe that was a herculean extra effort on his part for having missed the prior dates, but if so that just makes it all the more impressive, since how many of the top 20 grossing artists of the last 50 years would go out of their way to make up for a scheduling issue?
Class act, ridiculously charismatic, huge library of chart toppers, and a ton of songs that are wildly underrated (The Killing of Georgie, anyone?).
All of that said ... if Freddie had lived and were still performing today, I don't see how Queen wouldn't have been amongst the top selling acts of all time, and I think you would be absolutely right.QG Tier: Legendary++
