Can anyone explain to me why the reigning defensive player of the year Marc Gasol has the 40th+ ranked defense out or epics? I get some of the epic hall of famers with increased defense but out of the current players he should be amongst the top. I feel like my grizzlies get pushed to the wayside for being a "small market team". They made it to the WCF for goodness sakes.

I think griping about how a certain player's stats are rated relative to others is a lost battle. For example, the rare pro with the 4th highest offense is MKG (he's tied for 4th). Well, the guy averages 8.5 points per game in 26 minutes per game on on a respectable 46% field goal percentage. I'm not sure who rated him like this, but it makes no sense.
