I beg to differ. A bunch of top players got together and all started the Season at the same time then ended up matched together. That seems like the definition of the matchmaker working. There are several hundred other people grateful that you guys started together so we could match you all competitively in the same season, and they did not get a truck.


Not that I think the matchmaker doesn't need work, but in this instance it worked as planned. The Season game is getting an overhaul and the matchmaker is getting changed along with it for the next update. In the meantime, the matchmaker is doing it's job, but when there are not enough players at the time it starts a group of Season games you will get people of varying deck quality in the same Season.

I still got a truck lol

I will also beg to differ. I am only 16 games into the season and have already 3 faced people with 2000+ stats higher than mine, and there's a guy named monarch420 who I haven't faced yet who has that Kobe rival card so I'm sure his stats are also nowhere near mine

Oh forgot to mention regarding your Season screenshot. The matchmaker doesn't prevent people from trying to game the system. A guy with that low of stats was for sure attempting to pop all Common cards into his Season to beat the matchmaker. It didn't work and he got matched appropriately. Not our fault if he doesn't play his best cards.

Normally I would agree but there was like 10 other ppl in the same season with his stats. I doubt they all did the "common trick"

I understand y'all are working on it and there is no reason for me to argue. The match making makes no difference to me, I am just speaking for all the forum members. I have no doubt it will be fixed in the future but nevertheless here is proof that it isn't working.

Exactly! I got in a season before the Rivals ended and the first two guys I have played have me by +1,000 in every stat.
