I don't understand this. I had better stats every single one of the six games in the semifinals but he won three of them and is about to kick me out. I understand if he wins one or to games because of whatever -CD doesn't tell us which factors exactly matter- but I thought that at the end the player with the better stats should win a series...

Yeah I feel your pain. I got bounced in the finals because of that. The only positive was..... I got 2 Paul Pierce cards after the loss. I was like :o

I know lol, back then when I got him I didn't know how to dupe cards correctly. I still need some advice though, I've heard that you have a better chance of winning in seasons if you put your best 3 cards in the starting 5 with two of your lower cards and that you should bench your 4th and 5th best card. Is that true?

I always put my five legend pros in the starting lineup and then my next five best cards in the next line...never lost that way

But what I would like to know is: How could I have increased my chances? I just went through the whole FAQ thread, that developer guy said that support cards can make a big difference, so since I'm lacking in offense, I probably should have used that -15 oponnent team offense support card as my "starting" support card. But other than that I didn't find any useful tips in the FAQ thread.

I don't know. I would suggest just re-energizing your players after every game but that didn't work for me since I won only 1-3 in which I did that.

I had every single player on full energy except from game 1, which I lost despite having better stats too. I really wanted to make it to the finals, I even subbed in jason collins in order to drop from the 3rd to the 4th seed so I wouldn't get in the same conference with that one player that had better stats than me. And that guy just lost game 7 against a guy I probably would have easily beaten!!! :'(
However, I'll stop whining, maybe I've better luck next season...

I believe that whenever I have stats that surpass that of the opponent. I should never lose. Just bad luck I guess.

Seasons are VERY scripted. My son and I have very different teams, and we started a season at the same time. We got into different seasons, and we are on the same game number (73) and the time is only 14 seconds apart. Makes the playoffs nice and easy to manage, but that is not my point.

On eight occasions today I have watched my phone and his phone as season games played out. On each of those occasions the first, second, third and final scores have been IDENTICAL for the home and away teams on both my account and his account. Last game I won 108-88, he lost 108-88. But the first quarter scores, second quarter scores, third and final were all the same, and it has been throughout. May explain many of the head scratching results that people see too.

Considering the games are decided as soon as they start, similarities in the quarter scores is to be expected.

Agreed. If you are in the playoffs check a series and you can see the end score of the game before they actually finish.
