But the thing is this guy didn't even energize and I was. My supports were probably better than his too. 1 PO Support, 2 Leg Support , and 1 Epic Support

Rare now has three tiers: Rare, Super Rare and Ultra Rare. Then it goes to Epic and Legenary. All tiers above Rare have a two plus tiers. Each plus tier increases your chance at gaining a card in that tier. So for example, there is Super Rare, Super Rare + and Super Rare ++. So if you are you in the Super Rare + tier, you have a higher chance of drafting a Super Rare than someone who is just in the Super Rare tier.
