11 UR Pros and I have a single 3rd card for Wiggins, Thad Young and Mark Aguirre. The rest are singles I have no dupe for. I'm still duping them when I get them for Collection.Comment

I'm currently at 7505 points and feel like stopping but I'm going for the RC Dwight... All that grinding last year earning over 6 playoff cards has took its toll

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Man my girl gave me the same talk last year lol so I fully understand. Like you said at the end of the day it's not worth it. Why don't you try moderation though? I know for me I just told her I would cut back and she was cool with that. Doesn't let me place like I should but it has stretched the life of the game out for me and keeps her happy. Gonna be hard to quit cold turkey manIt was the samething for MMORPG like WOW, instead of doing 1 raid, i ended up doing 10 (1 per class just so i know exactly how each role can be played) and lead one of the best progression raids on the server i was on... of course that also meant playing ~16 hrs/day (sleep + uni cover the other ~8 hrs), 20hrs on weekends.
Anyways since i'm not playing anymore, i'll post a few tips to help those in the forums (and how i win 99%) of my games. First...
You know exactly what position your opponent plays by the card they picked out. From left to right, the positions are C, PF, SF, SG, PG (reverse of your positions). If you play a team a 2nd time, you should know exactly what they are playing thus easily counter it and win (except some teams that are exactly outside your player card ranges).
Second, +5 games are always against teams 1-2 tiers above yours (generally ~1.5 tiers). So during your off week, its a good idea to alter your line-up to be 1.5 tiers higher than your plan RC line-up. That way you see some of your RC competition games early.
Third, if you have a common, try to always use it when the opposing team plays offense. Doesn't matter if its Q1, Q2, or Q3. If you do the math (which i'm too lazy to get into so you'll have to take my word for it), ignoring opposing O will win you more games than focusing on Q1/Q3 theory. Note if you know your opponents line-up already, then ignore this since uhh you know exactly rather or not you can win the quarter.
Those are the 3 main points i use to get ~400-450pts/hr when i'm home (less when i'm @ work/multi-tasking). And i only bought 1 HS in the 2 RC i played in (by mistake). Still have like 2700 credits unused (tho originally i planned on using that and $240 itunes credit i bought black friday for this RC, was going to start HSing tomorrow if it stayed close in the top 5).
Basically the point is know your opponent and you'll win. As you get used to it, those "steps" becomes natural and easy to do without thinking (at least it worked for me). Add a decent memory, i pretty much won most games in 4Q.
I posted tips on line-up construction in another thread but generally speaking, its best to 3 - 2 (with all 3 fairly close together but specialize in a different area) or 1 - 2 - 2 with 1 being a 1/2 tier above the 2. On the weekend, its best to do 1 - 3 - 1 because it counters 3-2, which will be majority of your games. Balance line-up doesn't work too well in +5 this time around because majority are using 3 - 2 setup and balance won't beat any of the 3. Balance only seems to beat the odd 2 - 3 setup. Again point 2 is there to help you figure out which setup is likely "ideal" for RC as most teams DONT change their line-ups except to 3-2 and from 3-2 (weekend change).Comment

Problem for me is i generally become too competitive to just cut back. The first RC i was targeting top 300... we all know how that turned out.It was the samething for MMORPG like WOW, instead of doing 1 raid, i ended up doing 10 (1 per class just so i know exactly how each role can be played) and lead one of the best progression raids on the server i was on... of course that also meant playing ~16 hrs/day (sleep + uni cover the other ~8 hrs), 20hrs on weekends.

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
It would feel kinda weird being on a forum on an App i don't play anymore (or at least not much beside getting VC until i stop playing 2k15). But i'll be around at least a little bit the next few days to help forum members do well in RC with tips and tricks that i discovered while playing.Comment

You play just like twista because of the win and loss ratioComment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Difference between us is i still haven't spent any $ on 2k apps and Twista said he spent over $10k i think. Our win/loss ratio is similar i guess but we play @ different tiers (he played at the very top tier, i generally play mid-high tiers, i.e. last RC i was @ UR+/UR++, this time i was @ Epic+/++).
I was planning on spending money this RC and next one to build a line-up with 3 RC Pro for some fun, which i guess would have been Twista (last year) like. Except i wouldn't have bought HS on day 1, instead i was planning on doing a surprise weekend rush. Give the pace of those in the top 5, pretty sure i could catch them so i was fairly confident that it would work if i started tomorrow (since i would more or less be doing 800-900pt/hr for 22 hrs/day).
