Could you get the star Kobe even if you get destroyed by those cards in higher tiers?

It'll cost you a pretty penny on Game nights/Hot streaks to lose every game but it's possible. You gotta really want the card to that tho lol.

Difficulty in Legendary definitely went up. Lost some matchups and I didn't lose one last RTTC until Star.

So,

Let me preface this post by saying I completely understand if nobody is interested and people tell me to just piss off. I just figured that it doesn't hurt to ask, and there may be some of you out there who would be buying up training fodder anyway and are just sitting on star cards that otherwise might not sell.

I've got the following cards leveled up that are really just training fodder now that they're not needed for any of my decks. I would really like to get some Pro Stars made, so I figured I'd list what I've got.

I'm willing to sell these all at minimum to someone who can reciprocate by providing 1 or 2 of the stars I need to make pro stars (or perhaps help me finally get something at SF better than Epic pro!). Basically I would sell you all the training fodder, then you would list the agreed upon cards up for the amount of credits minus the tax.

So you can get a ton of training fodder for the coming Playoff tier cards, while also retaining all of the credits {Minus the sadly high tax}, while also helping me get over the hump. Hopefully that's a good enough deal that some generous soul will be willing.

What I have for training fodder: (All fully trained unless noted, and I am willing to use current RttC +2 games to finish fully training all of them. The ones which aren't trained are more recent board clear cards)

{Noting any team stat boost triggers, in case someone wants them for RttC to boost their other cards when using the strat I shared for RttC}

So yeah ... that's a lot of training fodder I'm just hanging on to, and I'd prefer not to waste a ton of credits listing it for it not to sell. I know some of you folks have loads of spare Stars that don't sell well that are basically lying around, and lots of you will likely very quickly get into playoff tier cards and want to pro and level them up.

So, I'm open to really exchanging all of these for whatever seems fair. I figure even just helping me get a couple more Pro Stars will keep me from having to spend a bunch of money to be able to complete RttC without losing 210 times, and that plus star seasons and top-100 finishes (or top-25 if I can devote the time) in Rival's Clash should allow me to finally get over this hump.

World B. Free (I wouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth, but I kind of would rather this guy just sit on the bench LOL).


My weakest position is SF, so even a couple non pro stars would be a gigantic upgrade in that position. Making the three I have singles of Pro to go with my Pro Ewing and my RC Vince Carter should, I think, be enough for me to get all RttC rewards going forward.

So yeah ... super long post. I completely understand if nobody is interested, especially since the 30% tax would eat credits going both ways... but I figure that the answer is no if I don't ask, and if I do ask, maybe someone has some spare Stars that could find a home with me and would be buying up training fodder anyway ... so in this case we could both win.

Hopefully this doesn't come across as too much like begging or anything. If I wasn't irritated with NWGD and CD, I would probably just buy a couple of the $100 credit packs and buy myself the dupes and use the training fodder for myself when playoff cards arrive; however, I'm trying to avoid paying them any more money at the moment.

Either way, thanks for the loads of advice and great community. It has been a lot more fun since I found this place

If anyone needs training fodder and want to help me out I have a fully trained ultra rare jj hickson on the ah for the min ends in about 10 hrs and 30 minutes or so

Thanks, the only bad thing is the only Leonard up is a pro version so I have to wait to pro him and Lebrons are expensive! So hopefully I can sell some star pros to buy both ( hopefully for 6000 haha ) Rodman isn't too bad, I think he should sell, I might even buy him if I can get rid of some of my star pros! I will be starting a season at mid day tomorrow
