I did try all the usual things above like you mentioned. Junk mail, reboot, etc.

I did notice that my bid section said 1/20 since the card i bid on dissapeared. Then the other day after the auction house maintenence happened it is now says 0/20. I never received any card or credits returned.

Send me a pm with the email you used to send in your Feedback. I want to look at your account since I haven't heard of an actual loss of card or credits like this before.

Since NW is here, can we take out our cards to use them for training after the RttC timer is run down

No, the bug will not be fixed until we release a new update. Take them out now while the event is still running before we turn on the RC event.

Yes... but in the meantime lol. I bought 7 enhancement packs... nothing higher than Super Rare. Now I just purchase Ultra Rare enhancements on the Auction House.

NWGameDad, I tweeted at you and CatDaddyGames today after sending in an email on 3/27. I have gotten zero response from you all about an UR enhancement being taken off a player when he had only 1 out of 3 slots filled. I have not even gotten an acknowledgement on twitter, at least..

Well Twitter is not a good place for support, I get hundreds of tweets a day, so don't take it personally if I don't reply. Twitter is good for some things but for following threads of conversation it is awful.

Anyway, are you saying that you had an UR on the card already and when you applied a new one it destroyed the old one despite there being empty slots? Or are you saying you used a UR on an empty slot and it did not fill it? If you sent in the Feedback they will help you out, but if you remember exactly the steps you took when it happened it will help me track down the bug. We haven't seen that bug before and I can get the test team to try and repro it with some more details on what you did when it happened.

NWGameDad my last thing about HoF cards and potentially PnP cards in RTTC, Is there a way/chance you could maybe let us choose a card from the HoF/PnP reward? for example Boston has 3 or 4 HoF player cards that played together in a championship so you could feature all 4 but we could only pick one that we want to play for and get as a reward. I know it's unlikely but for some of us that bought HoF packs and got players that will most likely not feature in an event it would be a good way of duping that card.

No problem. I have a picture of the support too. I hadn't put any other enhancements on it, except that UR offense. I went to put a SR ATH on it, and the ATH kicked the Offense off, despite 2 open spots. I honestly don't know why it says I had a SR Defense, cause I don't remember putting it on there. I had just put on the UR offense within like that day or a couple days prior to this happening.

EDIT: But if I did have 2 on there, the SR ATH shouldn't have deleted all three. I think this was shortly after the update, when you stated we could replace enhancements, so maybe that had something to do with it.

Gee ... too bad that requires having other crap to put in there to placeholder the spots, which even more severely hampers the tiny card limit we have.

What current player would you put up vs. Wall from the Bucks that wouldn't get destroyed? At least Lanier has some history and is an awesome player. Like I said, the Bucks are a tough team to feature, but I wanted to get them in there. They haven't had a RC this year or last. So you end up with some compromises like Lanier vs. Wall.

Yeah too bad the Hornets would be an awesome team to feature. But oh no, you're too busy making sure your favorite team, the Celtics, get an easy win against the laughable 76ers. I mean seriously, the Hornets have been screwed. The Celtics have been featured thrice in 2 years and the Hornets get no love. FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, YOU ALL HAVE LARRY JOHNSON AS AN EPIC! He's rated 88-89 on console, yet you have dopes like Nick Young and World B. Free as Stars.

Would it kill you to help out a smaller market team for once that never gets ANY love from this game?

I'm pretty sure Big O is gonna be the Star for the Bucks....that's the only reason that makes sense to me why he wouldn't be the RC card...

Grandmama isn't better than WBF... (What I'm saying is, LJ deserves a Star but you shouldn't say that "dopes like World B. Free has a Star card". The guy did average 30 points 4 assists 3 rebounds and 1 steal).
