Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
I doubt you can find anyone who wants that, that's the second most useless support behind OFF to self.

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
I've got a lot of fondness for the Bulls because I watched Jordan at North Carolina and I watched him be far and away the best player at a time when there were a lot of all time great talents, and at a time when the game was much more physically brutal than it is now.
Younger kids don't realize, but players today have it so easy. Things that get called Flagrant these days sometimes wouldn't even have been fouls in the 80s and 90s. Jordan got mugged every time down the court. Players these days just wouldn't stand up to the abuse he took regularly.
The other thing people don't realize about Jordan is that while he was phenomenally gifted physically, he never ever stopped improving his game. He kept on adding new facets to his game all through his career so that he always had a way to be a force, even as his body finally began to betray him.
He's still the only player in history to average more than 30 points per game over an entire career (and it was dragged down significantly by his Wizards years ... it was 31.5 just in his Bulls years). He was robbed of several MVP awards simply because the voters got tired of giving it to him year after year.
And the guy played defense like no "superstar" of this era even dreams of playing defense. Those bulls won championships on the back of incredible defensive plays Jordan made (watch the last 5 minutes of the '98 finals series clinching win for goosebumps).
All that said ... I was born in Maine and I bleed Green. I can't cheat on the Celtics, although I've grown a soft spot in my heart recently for the Bucks. As long as it isn't to the detriment of the Celtics, I will root for them.
He also got star treatment like no other. The Byron Russell push off will forever be in his archives too.
The biggest thing I was impressed with is that he was mentally above the game. I would say the same thing about Brady but I was never fans of Brady or MJ.Comment
