Might end up profiting from the RC after all. Just pulled a 3 slot 'twan.

For some reason CD continues to give me useless Dupes for every major event.

I got there today too Had to train Stars higher than I wanted but oh well.

I'm miraculously 7-0 in my first Star season, hoping to make 2nd round

Hi guys, first message herem I've got a question about which is the best strategy to play:

My team is :

PG-Chris Bosh Legendary (I don't have any UR PG PRO or an Epic PG)
SG-Jamal Crawford Epic PRO
SF-Lebron James UR PRO
PF-Josh Smith Epic
C-Jonas Valanciunas Epic


And with this team I still lose a lot of quick games and a lot of quick games in RC, so I don't know what to change in my strategy, which is:

First I use the worst card, then the best, the worst, and then the better ones; and with this, I'm still losing a lot, what can I do???

From the looks of it, you have 2 top cards (Bosh, Crawford) and a mid card (James). That's actually perfect for a 3/2 lineup (3 good cards, 2 commons).

You need to take Smith and Valanciunas out of the lineup. Your team is matched up based on the total of amount of points your lineup is worth, and those cards are worthless to you and aren't going to win much. It may lower you a tier, but if you want to win, that's the way to go.

So it should be:

PG - Common
SG - Crawford Epic Pro
SF - James UR Pro
PF - Bosh Leg
C - Common

Also, it's best not just to look at your match-up, but the match-up across the way. For instance, if Rebounding comes up, and you see them play a PG, then you can probably win with any of your top 3 cards (well maybe not James). The problem is, your line-up seems to be very offensive heavy. If I remember correctly, Crawford and Bosh don't give you much in the other categories, but you should still win with them in the 3/2 format.

Your goal should be for one of your top 3 cards to win in one of the first 3 cards that come up. If that happens, you should win the 4th and 5th rounds easily.

The AI typically plays their best cards on the 1st and 3rd, but that doesn't mean you can't win those if the right match-ups come up. With the right line-up, you can even win 2 out of the first 3, and then you should be able to win the 4th card match-up regardless.

Also, don't neglect the importance of good support cards...
