Harden is not a pg and should not be labeled as one. In OKC yeah he played a lot of pg but last year he did not and that prob why he's not dual position.

But he is the one with the ball most of the time to start the offense. I see him essentially as the PG on offense (a scoring PG), but SG on defense.

Kobe handles the post most of the time but he's not a pg either. Harden has the ball looking to score, not distribute the ball or run a offense.

Ex of scoring pg to me are Curry, Rose to name a few. They can run a offense but score when they need to.

You can come up with all the lineups you want for that year but I know what I saw.

I know assist does not equal PG or SG, but both Harden and Curry averaged around 7 assist per game. Harden does pass the ball and makes plays for his teammate.

When you say that he played PG a lot, do you mean that no Westbrook, RJ, Maynor, or any other PG was on the court with him? Or just the way they used him in the game? Kind of want to get your thoughts on what you meant by playing PG. Thanks.

This is for 2011 2012 season. Just bringing the ball up the court isnt really playing pg. Jordan and Pippen always brought the ball up for the bulls but there is no way anyone would classify them as pgs.
