Kobes deck has mostly lvl 0-8 legend pros with a couple single legends level 13 and legend pros level 13. Pretty easy

The reset is when you draft a card from the tier you are in. It is set up to trigger automatically after you clear a set number of draft boards, but often times we get lucky and get an early reset.
