I understand that there is an element of chance and that support cards play a role in the outcome of any given game, but 4/5 times seems a bit steep. I've got significantly higher stats in every category for almost every game. Either I'm really unlucky or there's some mechanic of the game that we don't know about. First season in months I've had a legit shot at too.

    These season matchups aren't decided by overall stats. Yes support cards help, but individual cards decide matchups. Say you have Wilt, Shaq, and Walton with a bunch of rare cards, this team could beat a team full of legendary cards because you only have to win 4 quarters or matchups. I'm sure this isn't exactly how it is, but it's close.

    Try spreading out your best cards by putting some of your better cards in your 2nd string. That seems to help me.

      I don't know if this is a bug or I'm just really unlucky, but I haven't popped a card when I've claimed my daily vc in weeks. There's been 3 or 4 times when I've gotten a loading circle that just sits there forever. This happens on both android an iOS.

        NWGD, can you provide any explanation as to why I've received no reply to a feedback ticket sent 8 days ago?

            Are you sure you sent in a Feedback ticket and not a Support ticket? We are only about 24 hours behind on Feedback tickets. You should have gotten a reply if you sent something in 8 days ago. Send it in again and be sure to use "Feedback".


            BTW: In the future, we are removing the Support button so people just send in Feedback tickets to avoid this kind of delay on getting help.

              I have had this problem before, and it is giving you the reward, but a connection issue ends up leaving you on the "6/6" screen. The extra cards come from 1400+ VC wins so you will not get a card for anything less.

                Hmm. So is it a random chance at 1400 then? If so then I'll bank on crappy luck for now. I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks.

                  I sent it to feedback, and I just double checked to confirm that. I also forwarded it in again a couple days ago in case it was overlooked. I'll send a new ticket.

                    After weeks of incompetent unhelpful 2K support, I have decided to turn here. Can anyone please please please help me figure out how to log in this game. I get this stupid error every time.

                    "Login Unsuccessful, locate your email address inside NBA 2K14"

                    I can successfully log in to the NBA2K website with my credentials, but they do not work for the app. I'm using the same email as the one in my NBA 2K14 game on ps3 but still it won't work.

                    I went through each basic troubleshooting step on 2K's site, and it still won't work.

                    I have tried uninstalling and installing the app several times. I've basically tried every single trouble shooting step possible, and it's still this one singular issue that keeps happening. Everything else works fine with the app, but It will not let me sign in with 2K Sports no matter what I try.

                    The app lets me login and connects to Facebook and Game Center but not 2K Sports. And yes, i've reset my password multiple times but still it takes me back to this blue screen with that stupid phrase.

                    I've been playing this game for months now and never been able to connect to 2k. I am so fed up and frustrated. What is wrong? I don't get it :/

                      If you haven't started a MyCareer and gotten to the point where your player has been drafted by a NBA team, then you will probably not be able to login. Start a MyCareer and play through at least to the point of being drafted and you should be fine.

                        Any idea why the app isn't updating my MyCareer info?

                        It pulls up my player and the team that drafted me but other than that it acts like I have yet to play a game. My player is a 99 OVR with 20+ PPG etc but in the app I'm still a 67 OVR with no stats. I filed a support ticket but I had to leave town and couldn't update it.

                          Seriously i wish i could give you a hug, this is the first time i've ever been able to log in and all i had to do was start a mycareer. Would have been nice if 2K support mentioned that once but nevertheless i am ecstatic. Thank you thank you thank you thank you. Wish i would have posted here sooner. This just made my week

                              Sent in a Support email #696049, tried to buy 200 credits, got charged instantly but the game said it didn't verify the receipt and I never got the credits.

                                How far behind are you now? Still no response from the new feedback ticket sent four days ago. I have now been awaiting a response for 12 days.
