    Not sure where to post this, hopefully here. I have already posted on 2k forums, opened a support ticket, and posted on reddit.

    I lost 845 coins in the Auction House. Bid on a card, lost the bid and never got the reclaim coins button. It's been several days and nobody has responded to any of my posts. Hoping to get some help here or some guidance.

      I take that logo to mean either a UR or rare enhancement depending on your luck. I got a blank screen for my 8000 game reward too, however I'm quite sure I got a rare enhancement.

          So it took two weeks to get a response about having a card restored and this is the e-mail I get.. "Thank you for contacting 2K Support, I apologize for this late response. I am sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue and I understand how frustrating it must be. Unfortunately here at Customer Support we can't give cards to players, we can only assist you with any technical issues you have with our games. I apologize for the inconvenience but there is nothing we can do. Please don't hesitate to contact us again if you have any additional questions." Is there a FAQ for card restores? Where else would I submit a ticket besides the in-game app. Why is this such a joke?

            Won auction for legendary card, never got the chance to claim it tho :I 2,7k credits did disappear tho....

              Similar problem, I lost my auction never got card or money back. Posted on reddit, nba2k forum, this website, and a ticket. No response from a single soul. Been about a week now.

                So I accidentally trained away my epic maxed non pro jamal crawford to a UR i was gonna sell, is there any way of getting him back?

                  You could ask via Support if they give it back to you.
                  Normally it is done once per account - so be careful!

                  If you want, you can ask them directly thru the App. Go to options and choose Feedback

                    same pb since the last release... Try to send everyday a note, no answer....

                        Same here just now... it shows "!! !!" on screen but nothing received...

                        23 enhancements
                        145 Rares
                        2 SR
                        1 UR

                        rest nothing....

                          Can you guys please fix the boost bug. I continue to draft season boosts, even when I reached my limit for each respective boost. This has been an issue from day one.

                            played 20,000 games, got a pop-up for the reward but it was a black screen and I never received any enhancements. Cool.

                              The "!! !!" problem is almost three month old by now. The "boost" bug is even older. They are just ignoring all those bugs.
