I accidentally signed in with just my 2k account and game center on iOS (didn't use Facebook). I think I got a message saying that to get my cards I'd have to log in with all 3 and skipped that. Is there any way to get the loyalty cards if I blew it the first log in?

My only guess is that it is not available in your country. We're restricted from releasing in some countries for legal reasons, so if it isn't in your app store by now that is likely the problem.

Go to the Title screen, hit the Gear, and tap Logout. Then login with your account from '14.

I never recieved my cards??? what is going on, i am not 500+ games in now and still have not seen my cards, I played last yrs and had over 4000+ games played and I see people with these cards and they have 2-3 cards and I have none... I can log into my 2k14 and take a pic and show you my wins and that I played, but when is this going to to get fixed... i would like an update pls... thanks...

If you play on Android, then you may not have your cards if you use to login to MyNBA2K14 with only a 2K Sports account. We have a hotfix in testing right now that fixes this issue. Once the hotfix goes out then you will get your cards.


We also did a couple of fixes last week during server maintenance that repaired a problem preventing some users from getting their cards. You should have already received your cards after those maintenances.


If you're on iOS and you still don't have your cards, then send in a Feedback ticket to investigate why you don't have your cards. Remember, you get Loyalty cards based on what your deck was rated at on September 8th, 2014. That was the cutoff. If you built up a deck after that date to get you higher rewards, you will not receive the higher rewards.

The Combine problem is fixed on iOS and but still broken on Android, until the Android hotfix comes out. You can Combine cards via the Combine button in the side scroll menu vs. trying to use the Combine button in MyCards.

Question for Gamedad: I originally played 2K14 on my iOS device (2K + Game Center log-in), played a few 2K14 games on my Android device (same 2K + Google log-in) but ended up deleting the game. I downloaded 2K15 on Android and used the PS3 log-in and never ended up getting two of my loyalty cards. I realize this is partially my fault, but is there any way of checking my 2K14 log-in info (as of Sep., 8th) and getting those loyalty cards?

Hello, I'm using IOS, last year I only logged in through Facebook. But in 2k15 app, it won't let me do so, the globe just rotates shortly then quits. I can't receive my loyalty cards.

This wasn't your fault. Since you logged in first on Android, and because of a bug we had at launch on Androis, you will not get your proper cards until you our hotfix release on Android. Once that hits you should get your cards automatically.

Make sure your phone can login with Facebook outside of the app (e.g. In the Facebook app or in the iOS settings). Sounds like a problem outside of our game.

I don't think it will this year. For some reason, Malaysia was removed from our release country list this year. I'm honestly not sure why, but that list gets generated from our legal team, so they must have had some reason for excluding Malaysia this time. Sorry!
