The worst is when you're down to the last pick on the board and it comes up rare. Otherwise it at least sneaks up on you.

To those grinding for the epic pack, I purchased way too many of them and got two legends. The second legend was on the last pack I bought. Idk what the ratio is but it's favoured heavily towards epic. (Like 10-1).

I have found the drop rates in this game to be far better than WWE Supercard. I just pulled two UR in the past 20 minutes. I'm in the Ultra Rare+ tier and I have now pulled 9 UR cards from exhibition games, and over 50 SR. Keep grinding, your luck will change.

I knew it. After all the **** I talked I finally get another UR (in first level epic teir). Unfortunately it isn't a dupe, but it's something.

Gl drafting epics/legends tho. Game was best when I was in the sr teir and it felt like any pick could upgrade my lu. Now I only play for the energy and to pro/max whatever I win from seasons. Been well over 2k games since my last epic draft. Got a couple urs but they're pretty useless to me now.

Game is designed to make it next to impossible to draft Legends. It was like that last year too... this year it makes it impossible until you have a good QG line-up (thus either spend money or grind like 25+k games/do a ton of seasons/RC).

One thing i have notice is since i got to Epic tier in QG (recently), in ~2000 games i think i got 5 UR (like 3 UR + freebie in 5500 games before that in UR+, i jumped from UR+ to Epic after my last season 'cause i lucked out and Pro'd 2 UR after getting 2nd place, which when combined with my UR Pro Jordan, and my Epics from previous season wins got me bearly to Epic).

9 UR cards? Wow, nice. I'm so jelly of your luck. xD I'm at 4000 games and have only pulled one UR card besides the freebie. About 2500 of those games were in UR+ tier too.

I'm at 8000+ games (~8000 wins, 13 losts) and i don't think i have that many... (actually i'll just check then post)

I have 5 UR Pro (1 being Jordan so 8 cards)
                  5 Spurs UR
                  10 single players
                  1 support

That makes a total of 19 Epic cards - 6 from season 2nd place, -2 from season first place so i drafted 11 in 8000+ games (most in UR+ or Epic tier since i had the Spurs 5 to start). I believe most of my drafted ones came AFTER i hit Epic too...

Ah, so they basically came after you stopped needing them. Bummer. I'm surprised you only have 13 losses though. I have a much more horrendous win-loss ratio. xD

Well since 1/2 my season line-up is SR Pro still, they can be upgrades if they are duplicates i guess. I think my season's line-up should be epic after this season (should get an Epic for win and add another UR Pro).

As far as win/loss ratio, its actually quite simple. The CPU always play their best cards in Q1 and Q3. Almost all teams have slight worst Q4 and Q5 cards so all i need to do is a balance line-up.

Basically my 13 losts are all to teams with 3:2 setup with the 2 being so bad (UC or C) that it allows their 3 cards to get just above my range. Those 3 also need to be fairly close. In those cases, its 100% lost for me and i just remember those teams so i lose to each team exactly once (i.e. like i said, my last lost was to Ethan who has 3 legendary just above UR Pro range and 2 commons, his best card being Legendary Dirk @ ~level 20). Add to that i spent most of my time in either UR+ or Epic, i pretty much remember the cards for most of the other teams i face (thus making it even easier).

Re: Draft pick rates too low?

I have nothing to do over the weekends so I decided to record my drop rate during my quick match game. I decided to play a 100 set of quick match over the course of two days. 1 set = 25 drafts cards or till I get a special card. I'm on the UR++ tier.

                        Here's the tally
Rare, Season Boost, Enhancement = 88 cards
                        Super Rare = 9 cards
Ultra Rare = 3 (sadly no dupes)

Getting UR card is really a grind.

If you're going to complain at least understand context. 3UR in 100 games is not a "grind." Not even REMOTELY close. I'm averaging 1 about every 400 games and it's been 279 games since my last one. All 279 games have been in epic tier. I've come to expect this, so I'm not complaining, but don't talk about "grind" when you get 3 in 100

If I'm understanding him correctly, he means 100 board clears, not 100 games

Yeah I just realized that. I haven't been counting that way so I overlooked that.

Yes this is what I meant, not 100 games.
The best way to know the drop rate for a higher tier card. 100 board clears = 1250 games assuming you're down to the last card and won all the quick matches.

@hotubo, if you're getting 1 higher tier card for every 400 games, it means my tally is right on the money, a 3% drop rate for every 100 board clear.
