First of all sorry to create a thread here, which won't have any interest for most of the people. However I have and ran out of ideas on, so I'm reaching out to the community, do you have ever had a similar thing happened to you and did you manage to sort it out? If so how?
As stated in the discussion dedicated to "bugs", I recently encountered a very annoying problem.
Here it goes : Friday while playing I drafted a legendary Joe Dumars, my first legendary draft (except freebie) from the board. I was thrilled since it was a dupe from a pack I bought. Only thing is it never made it to my deck.
What is weird is that at the same time, I drafted a UR Daren Collison, a rare Aargon Gordon an uncommon Anthony Tolliver and those card I correctly received.
I made a request through the customer service however their answer is "when it come card restoration we have to by our logs". Apparently their log doesn"t show I received the card. I have no clue why...
I exchanged half a dozen e-mails making my case but the content of the answers are laconic (not to say rude...) and more or less say "tough luck".
==> I have screenshots of the drafts and try to use it as evidences. I was thinking that the experience bar, the number of credits I own, plus the other card drafted would help identify that the screenshots were legit and were actually realized from my account but customer service won't take it...
Any idea would be appreciated.
