Re: Rivals Clash discussion
My first clip(what I can remember): was the 06 finals, with D Wade, it was one of the greatest things I had ever seen at that age. Than 4 years later James joined the Heat, watched almost every Miami Heat & Lakers(bc of Kobe) game till last season finals.Comment

Re: Rivals Clash discussion
I used to watch soccer but then I saw clips from the NBA and thought: I gotta see this more often.

Re: Rivals Clash discussion
I know what you mean, the traffic is crazy but I didn't mind it though.
Im pritty sure everybody loves a country when they visit a few times, but living here is a different story. Sure it is great here, dont get me wrong, but it would be nice if we live more towards our potential. Thats just my view of this country
Are you going after that 180 spot?Comment

My best cards are a Pro xMas Lee and a single Love from the last RC where I missed the Pro by four spots. Still having a bitter taste over that one.
Holland is pretty much the only place in Europe that I actually enjoyed that much. Been to much of it.
People are the difference. I could care less about sites and landscape. Germany also wasn't bad.Comment

Re: Rivals Clash discussion
Why Portland then? If i'm not mistaken most foreign fans prefer the popular teams/players. I even saw a recent NBA twitter scan which showed the lakers and heat are the 2nd most popular teams pretty much everywhere in the US behind whatever the local team is in each area.
I like a lot of teams and I enjoy watching every team in the NBA. The Portland Trail Blazers has just a slight edge to the rest,
What is not to love about the Blazers?Comment

Re: Rivals Clash discussion
I thought: Im gonna go with a team thats not everybodies favorite. I was going for the "underdog" that still plays good. People were joking with me cuz I picked the blazers but I standed strong.

Pretty much. But I will be happy as long as I can stay in the top 450.

Did you play the first two RC's and what did you get?
Yeah that taste isn't sweet at all when you are on the wrong side.
Dont even begin with Germany, I dont hate them but I just dont wanna talk about it or get reminded .Comment
