Re: Rivals Clash discussion
Seems like your in pretty low tier so I hope your luck is good and you're able to grind for better rewards in the upcoming events.

Yeah I basically started two weeks ago when I got 2k and I was initially doing it for the VC. Figured I'd try MyTeam and I love it.Comment

Re: Rivals Clash discussion
I grinded for the pro! I could have easily grinded for the Legendary single, but I figured the pro would help me more! Don't know how people do it going for top 5, no way I could commit so much time to a game! Glad I got the Epic Pro though, should help a lot!Comment

I'm curious because I'm looking into this at the moment and have found evidence that that at least one of the top 10 guys from this RC and last is using some sort of automation technique.
I get somewhere between 2-2,5k on a 5+ hour session, some people put in 10h/day

Re: Rivals Clash discussion
Funny, I played a little on this clash, but since I already have three EPIC PF, I wasn't going to spend any time on this one.
But, that changed when I actually won a Season on Friday and my EPIC reward was LuRusso. So, I spent about ten hours over the weekend getting up to 723 (Rank 15311) points... which give me enough points for the LuRusso from the RC. So, my first EPIC pro is coming soon.
So, that will give me one EPIC Pro, Six UR Pro, Five EPIC... and not a point guard in the bunch.
EPIC Pro (soon): PF
UR-P: SGx2, C, SFx2, PF/SF playing as PF
EPIC: PFx3, SF, C
Well, I guess back to grinding, 35 + 35 + 40 levels will take a while...Comment

I got the dupe leg this RC and trained it fully in less than three minutes.
Trained away some UR pro cards and some epic SF that I don't need since I now have two leg dupe SF.

Re: Rivals Clash discussion
Assuming a minute per game, 20k without HS is like 12 hours a day non-stop... That's insane x.xComment

Re: Rivals Clash discussion
Friggin network time outs were the death of me. I was spending more time waiting than playing. Wait on network for 10 seconds to pick a game. Wait another 10 seconds to submit the results. Another 10 seconds after picking a card for it to show up. Heck even training makes you wait for the network.
I think I am pretty much done with any serious grinding for RCs. I like the game but with the network issues it is all I can do to not throw my iPad at the wall, don't need that kind of frustration let alone pay for it.
All for a crap Swaggy P card, I would have preferred a Pro Leg Worthy.
On the bright side perhaps I can get back to actually playing 2K14 instead of wasting time on a card game that has horrible backend issues.Comment

Re: Rivals Clash discussion
Nor am I, when I and everyone else are getting crazy amounts of network errors but there are some people making up huge ground you kind of know something is amiss. Second time I have got screwed in the last few hours. Pretty much done with RCs, not worth the frustration.Comment

Re: Rivals Clash discussion
I had network issues more often when I was connected to wifi. When I switched to my mobile network, the errors were a lot less frequent. But I did experience a bit more towards the end of RC even on my mobile network. Not enough to effect my rank though. I ended up at rank 59.
I'm giving up on grinding hard for RC Star cards. They don't improve my deck enough. I'll focus on the Star + Support tier instead.Last edited by iluvnug; 02-02-2015, 10:14 PM.Comment

I had hoped I wouldn't be but I was. Played most of Sunday and still got knocked out.
