probably not. since they would need to issue an update for it. And with RC starting on Tuesday. I don't think they would risk releasing an update so near to RC. We all know their track record when it comes to updates and IOS.

It wasn't CD's fault last time, it was those Apple servers that messed up.

Hopefully CD releases the IOS version a day or 2 earlier in anticipation of Apple's slower approval process.

It wasn't the approval process. NWGameDad tweeted that the update was approved by Apple, the problem was with their servers.

They've released an update with RC looming before.

Hopefully they are also doing something about whatever is causing the frequent "waiting on network" messages. I can understand that the load during an RC may cause a little of that but it seems to happen pretty much all the times lately.
