For example for legendary card I saw 2000. Could I sell it for 1850 if I want?

Well not really. You actually workout out a deal where someone buy your card for min bin and you buy back a common or uncommon card for a specified amount of credit. For Example for leg you sell your card for 2400 and buy back a card for 900. With tax applied the buyer spends 1770 credits and you receive 780 credits.
