Vicious network issues

I am playing on iOS and am struggling to find a game, then if I do complete it in RC without a "waiting on network" message.

Only way to progress is to hard shut the app and restart.

This is killing me as I woke this morning with 6 hours and the plan to push on to Star Ibaka now I will be lucky to hold on to dupe Westbrook!

Does anyone have any work arounds? Last week when this happened switching from wifi to 3/4G seemed to help but this time no luck.

I also haven't seen any acknowledgement from CD, do they even know their servers have gone tits up?

I seem to losing 4 position standings with every restart due to these errors. Damn you Hot Streaks

Same is happening to me. I was aiming for double westbrook, and had the time to get there, but I can't go 2 consecutive games without having to hard reset the app.

Super disappointing that these people let botters run free and take up the best rewards. Even more disappointing that legit players can't even grind if we want to spend our time on it.

Bad form all the way around. Super disappointed in this.

Same issues here, and I'm also on IOS. It's tough because the +1 matches are much easier than the quick games for me. I was hoping to blow through around 50 board resets today but its not looking like that's possible anymore.

I've had at least 2 dozen 5 point wins wiped out by this crap this afternoon. Those points are close to enough to put me to my goal. I don't even know what to say.

Same problems here. Luckily I'm at place 780 so I will get my Ibaka, but today I had to restart the app hundreds of times due to network problems.
Last RC I didn't have any mentionable problems of this kind but in the Lakes event I missed the RC Kobe by only 35 points because in the last 2 hours of the event I had massive network problems and during the last half hour I almous couldn't play at all. So these network errors seem to happen especially when there are a lot of players grinding.
I hope this issue will be solved because it's a pity for this nice game.

Last RC I didn't have any mentionable problems of this kind but in the Lakes event I missed the RC Kobe by only 35 points because in the last 2 hours of the event I had massive network problems and during the last half hour I almous couldn't play at all. So these network errors seem to happen especially when there are a lot of players grinding.
I hope this issue will be solved because it's a pity for this nice game.

The cause of this is the people who have set up macro botting on their computers via emulators and such. It's an open secret that the top rewards go to people who just let their computer bot grind wins while they are off doing other stuff.

This harms legitimate players in two ways:

1.) We are forced to grind 10+ hours a day during the clash, tapping the screen to speed up each game, in order to have any chance to finish in the top 1k

2.) It also causes these network errors. Out of the 200k or so people who participated in this clash, I wouldn't be surprised if greater than 1 in 4 were automated.

Considering that Operation Sports takes real money for this app/game, their refusal to deal with the cheating is a huge problem. They induce people to spend money on impulse to try and have a better team to win the really nice rewards, but almost all (if not outright ALL) of the top 1k who get a Star player are illegitimate.

Still going to have my highest RC finish ever but I'm going to miss out on my first Star as I couldn't stay under 1000 with all the problems .

As someone who made a conscientious decision to buy credits and support the app, because I enjoy it and it also dovetails nicely with a game I buy every year and gives me added bonus into that game ... I'm frankly getting more and more offended by how much OS is dropping the ball with this.

Rampant botting and cheating going on. They're about to release the Auction House which is going to just further screw legit players as bots will snatch up anything that's a good deal.

It's at the very least ethically questionable that they do nothing to stop the cheaters.

Five straight quick game wins. Five straight times the "Waiting on Network" thing came up. Five straight wins that got recorded as losses on my record. Five straight wins where I get stuck and don't get my picks.

This is trending rapidly beyond ridiculous and into the surreal.
