I have the exact same issue. For the first time I started the app after the download has completed everything was fine. Then after the restart - some portraits dissapeared. Usual fix (reinstallling the app) doesn't do the trick. I tried like 5 times already and the exact same players pictures are missing.

Hell, I can even live with those drastic changes to season rewards CD have just introduced, but I will not continue to play (and support them with my money) if this issue is not solved. For me the NBA licence is the main reason I care for this game.

I want my players back

Works for me iOS here, give it some time given the update and everyone talking about it i imagine the server working overtime

So I got to looking at which portraits aren't working.

Turns out it is the portraits for the All-Star packs which are cards that were on steep discount when I got them and cannot be sold on the AH. Apparently since I'm stuck with them, and I didn't pay $50 for them, I don't deserve to have the proper card art.

I didn't think my opinion could go any lower.

Mid-season cards portrait aren't working asswell

No art on RC, All star or mid season cards.

Tried on 2 android devices.

For example, I'm from Europe, so I probably download the app from different Google Play store (server) than American players...

At least now I know the problem is not related to my phone (which is quite old – Galaxy S Advance), since people in this thread encountered same missing pictures on various devices and systems.

Of all the failures of yesterday, at least this one thing they can fix, I hope.

We are indeed looking in to this. If you have specific cards that you're not getting the pics on please let us know. That info will be helpful to see which DLC package is bad.
