Sorry to be brutally honest here, but only losers would use money on virtual cards in an app that go away in 6 months.

I know Cad Daddy tries hard to tickle your autism collection gene, but please try to hold back and don't throw away your money. You are playing other, maybe smarter, peoples and Cat Daddys Bots. They almost succeeded with me, as they stole my time but not my money. It's bad, but I can get over that. Throwing money away would haunt me every time thinking back at the '15 season going forward.

    Just sayin'

But of course that is from your perspective as a 99%er. Andrew Wiggins, Mark Cuban, or pretty much any professional who bills say $100 an hour and up for their time you would see it differently. Different strokes for different folks.

If you can afford it, why not? I can go out to a nice dinner for a few hundred bucks, I can hit the bar for a couple hundred, I can go to the casino and drop... well, way too much, or I can spend money on something that I will enjoy for awhile. Not sure how that makes somebody a loser. Pretty sure you aren't the person I would turn to make that judgment, either.

Depends always on the point of view - personally I will never pay big bucks on virtual stuff. I could easily afford it, but that is somehow out of my mind how anybody is willing to pay 100 bucks for one or two cards which are practically gone in a few months, when they shut down the servers.
But as I said, just my opinion.

I am really not willing to support stuff like that, all that DLC, pay2Win and what else crap.

Time is money. Some would call us losers for playing games instead of doing something productive with our time like making money.

Re: Should I spend money on this game.....?

i've only started playing this game a couple months ago, like february. Before that, I only used the app to get VC. But I started playing the game and I've only spent $2, only because I wanted to get a Brandon Roy from the auction house. lol he's my fave (still SO disrespectful thaat he's a rare while tristan thompson is an epic.. epic.. tristan thompson.. smh)

Nevertheless, I grinded these past few months and I'm on first teir Epic. Not bad, I suppose. About to get my first legendary card after this RC finishes within the hour.

Awesome, now spend some money on credits so you can buy my Jamison card. I already collected him, will pencil your name on him.

$20 is not so much and I purchase the credit once. I try to play the rival clash in the top 2000 to get a leg and epic which needs over 10 hours play. Though I enjoy it but it is a little too much for my time.

if you have the money to spend, go ahead.

just don't go complaining to anyone that your credits only go so far, or that you cant progress to higher tiers without spending any real money.

there are many ways to play this game and progress through the tiers, both through spending and not spending any credits.

Re: Should I spend money on this game.....?

Depends how you get your enjoyment from a game.

I spend as little as possible on any game I purchase / play then strive to finish it. That is just me though. Others prefer the blinging full HOF pro lineup and will splash cash to get it, that is what floats their boat.

Neither approach is right or wrong, just different. A small injection of credits to get you over a hump into epic or leg seasons might be just what you need to kick start your progress.

                        Your call mate, good luck
