    I had 4 wild cards and after restarting app 1 wild card missing. emailed them and still no response

      I have emailed about this a thousand times. I keep getting told that I got an extra 24 hours when the game launched. But I didn't start playing when the game launched. The last thing I was told is that nothing can be done. I earned tier 5 rewards and all I'm asking for is my 8 hours. Not 24 but 8 and I'm sure someone can tell when I started and what I got. This is ridiculous. I'm tired of emailing and writing and people not caring. I was clearly tier 5 not barely either. Please fix.

        The amount of time and effort (and money on hot streaks and game nights) that it took to get up to tier 3 or 4 loyalty was not insignificant, and there are no instructions anywhere for how to ensure that accounts properly link. I feel like I'm being punished for buying a PS4 and wanting to play NBA 2k16 with an actual community and people to play with and an active economy instead of the ghost town that the game is on PC.

        The worst thing about this is that being unable to grab my rewards has already significantly cost me. I won't get any all bot or just one other human Legendary seasons now, but I could have using the pick doubler time right when the app came out. This delay basically screwed me and significantly devalues my "loyalty" reward.

        Even worse than that is that I was a code monkey in my first career, and I'm fairly certain that the loyalty rewards for an account involve two database entries. One will tell the system what tier the customer qualifies for, and the other flag will track whether the customer has redeemed the rewards yet or not.

        Like ... my request should literally be 30 seconds of effort to check my loyalty level and then go set those two database values on my account and delete the accidental 2nd account.

          Faintly ridiculous how they're not even RESPONDING to these issues.

          @NWGameDad ; This is extremely unprofessional. I have emailed support through the app many times as you instructed and yet have not received a single response not ONE response. Like the excellent post above mentions support takes time yes but this is frankly ridiculous. I qualified for tier 1, there are tons of threads on this forum that attest to the fact that I qualified for tier 1. Tier 1 not Tier 0 but Tier 1. Please make sure at least our Loyalty is rewarded if not our time, patience and money.
