    I was banned for a while as well. When I submitted through Feedback, it sent my support straight to 2k. It never truly got escalated, because I always corresponded with a 2k rep. She said she gave my information to CatDaddy, and after a few weeks I was unbanned.

    I missed the game for that amount of time. I'm sure my wife didn't miss it though

      Actually I kind of wonder if most of the people that get banned are because their wives/girlfriends call CatDaddy and threaten them.

        We've received a couple of calls, but none from an angry partner so far.

          i emailed you guys directly from the feedback from the app. I don't know any other way to contact you. The most frustrating part is that i keep getting responses that they are working on the issue and if I don't respond within 2 days they will automatically close the ticket. So basically I need to keep responding to emails even though its the same message over and over. I don't see bluestack on my phone or PC so not sure what else to do at this point.

            Same problem here i was going back and forth with 2k support for month and a half i was just told 3 days ago that i need to email the developers, i just did the feedback thing 3 days ago and i haven't heard nothing...

              If you are getting a response that says they will auto close the ticket every 2 days, then that is not our Feedback team. Go into the app and tap the Gear at the bottom of the title screen. Tap Feedback and send in that email that is generated. That is how you contact Cat Daddy's team. From what it sounds like you are still talking with the 2K Support team.

                When I did that a 2 months or so ago, it went to 2k support team, not to CatDaddy. Maybe there is an issue with submitting tickets? I never once corresponded with a CatDaddy representative.

                  thats exactly what I did. Not sure why its going to 2k support but I sent it in exactly how you described. Is there a way I can email someone direct?

                    There's not an issue. If you use the app to send the Feedback, you're reaching us directly. If you use an external source (like 2K's help site) it gets sent to 2K support which in turn gives us the e-mail down the line.

                      this is the steps i did...

                      opened app
                      clicked the setup button
                      click feedback
                      click mygame issues ( i've also clicked report bug and general suggestions)
                      entered problem

                      All times, I've gotten the same guy oliver or whatever his name is respond with the same response.

                        My account is still locked. i had emailed the feed back team and i got 1 response back. i emailed them back right away no response. waited a few days nothing and emailed again replying to the email. nothing ever again....

                          I think there is something wrong... They are claiming that if I go through the feedback direct that it goes to catdaddy but I don't think that is the case. I tried most buttons on the feedback button on the app and get the same response throughout. Honestly I don't know why its that complicated to get this resolved.

                            Both times that I submitted reports it went to 2k. I've been in contact with them getting the whole log in issue response since like 03/20.

                            Eventually they told me to use the app (which I did the first time) so I used the app again and I'm right back to where I started but responding back and forth with a different person.

                            So there obviously is a link issue if some of us are getting thrown to 2k and not CD.

                                I understand what you're saying, what I'm saying is maybe the app is flawed and sometimes it sends requests to 2K instead.

                                I personally used the feedback in-game and the ticket went to 2k.

                                I work in IT and we use ticketing systems, sometimes things can not work properly
