    Ok, I see the confusion now. In game when you go to Options -> Feedback you will be presented with several choices:


    • Card Issues
    • Purchase Issues
    • General Suggestions
    • Report Bug
    • Event Issues
    • Auction House Issues
    • MyGame Issues

    All of the above selections EXCEPT the last one, MyGame Issues, will send a ticket to Cat Daddy to resolve. The last one is send in a mail to 2K Support since they are the ones that handle console related problems. The confusion I think, is that if you're not familiar with the console nomenclature that "MyGame Issues" looks like something you should tap on for MyNBA2K15 issues.


    I'll see if we can get that link changed right now. In the meantime, send your "Account Blocked" problems to "Card Issues", and Cat Daddy will get the mail.

      We changed it so "MyGame Issues" no longer goes to 2K Support to lessen the confusion. It will now send a ticket to Cat Daddy. If you used "MyGame Issues" previously to contact us, you may want to resend your ticket.


      Also, you will need to reboot your app before this change takes effect.

        This issue doesn't affect me anymore, but just wanted to say thanks for quick action on an issue.

            typically whats your turn time to return emails? I sent in a request 3 days ago. hopefully it was routed to the right place

                    After 5 days the support open my feedback email, and didn't answer my questions. I see that because i use streak in my gmail. I think this is unacceptable, and i am totally disappointed. Since may 28 my account is locked and nobody can answer my simple question: when can i play again with this great game.
