Draft Board Patterns?

Because I'm mildly OCD, I always pull from my draft board the same way. Yes, I know which card you pull doesn't change the card you get, but I can't help but do this.

I always pull the outside middle cards first (top bottom left right), and then pull cards that touch their corners until half their cards are gone. I then pull the top 2 and bottom two cards. Next, I make a V and pull towards the point.

Does anyone else have a predetermined card pulling strategy like me?

I change it from time to time it's getting boring always draft the same way

I am pretty sure there's a pattern. I usually clear the top and bottom rows. If the board clear is there, then the next board clear will also be there. Then i clear the inside 3 rows (starting from the middle one. If the previous reset was in the top row then i usually first clear the middle bottom row and vice versa). If i hit the board clear twice there, i go back to the top and bottom rows.

Usually do middle card first then I pull the four corners. After that, its pretty random for me

middle card
then up to the top
then from top to left top corner
then mirror move

most of the time i just go by rows or columns, starting with the outsides first.

Exactly right. It might skip a board clear once in a while (like once every 10-15 boards), like it may be 3 consecutive boards clears in the upper or lower rows, instead of 2.

thats interesting... I'd been lead to believe it was random and you got the same card nomatter which card you chose.

It could be confirmation bias, but I am going to at least give credence to the guy with 109023182983291 games played and try his system.

Apos, let me just say that in the last 30 min, I have been trying your board clear method. I am killing it. I haven't kept track of my games but I know I've had about 7-10 board clears already.
