Log in problems with linked xbox live acccount?

I've been having problems logging into my xbox live account via the app, is anyone else having problems? I've tried deleting the app multiple times and reinstalling, still not working? Anyone got any suggestions?

I'm having problems with PSN as well.

I could not log in 4 days ago into the PSN. Still cannot do it now. Re-logging, clearing cache, reinstalling the game, ... all have been done, but still cannot log in the PSN to earn the daily VC bonus.

Disappointing.

This happened to me, reinstalling didn't work ETC


However, what DID work was, press the cog, logout and that should take you back to the home screen. Press the cog again, log out again, then close the app. Reopen the app and then log in and it should work

I think its global. if yo stayed login you should be ok, but i use an alt and signed out now i cant get on either one.

It Works Fine on my iPad but I can't connect with PSN on my Android smartphone .... i'm getting a timeout on the website all the time [emoji17]

Unless you can use Google +, gamecenter, facebook, etc. You might be screwed. I haven't been able to log in with PSN for about a week and they don't seem to care. CD has said that they don't see an issue on their end.

i can play via facebook but i can't get the daily bonus. so the solution is to wait and keep trying until they fix it? or just gave up cause 8th is really close?

We have been able to repro the problem in house, which is a good first step for us to find the problem and figure out what is wrong. We do not have a solution yet. However, we have tracked it down to just PSN. The Xbox reports seemed to have been sporadic and tied to some down time of XBL. If you still have problems on XBL please let us know.

If you login with PSN, if you auto login in the app you should be fine. The problem seems to be if you got logged out of PSN and have to relog in then you get the stalled url. So don't logout of PSN if possible. Once you logout you probably will not be able to get back in until we can fix the issue.

Sorry for the hassle, we are actively working on the issue, it just isn't a very clear cut problem unfortunately.
