Where is my VC

I have downloaded and now accumulated a good amount of VC thru the goals and daily picks but for some reason I have none showing on my game for some reason...I know I should have at least 5K just from goals..Can someone help me figure out where it is...Also when I log into the game it doesn't show there either

yes I have logged in under the system and also under facebook.

In main Manu u should switch button to mobile aplication...

Ur credits are there...

I have tried that as well...Look at the picture above it shows the vc and it says 0

Do I need to have the game for PS4 for example to earn VC?
I'm getting it next month and I can't find the above screen in mynba.
I am succesfully logging in with my psn-account.

Have you got an answer as how to fix it. I have submitted 2 tickets to very fixed and still waiting on a answer. I should have around 20k now in vc bit instead have 0

On my team mobile i am connected to the same account as on NBA 2k16 but my VC don t go up. It is always 0 on the app.
I noticed something. I have 1k VC on NBA 2k16 but it is always 0 on the app.
Is there any problem of synchronisation with the app.
By y the way I am playing on XBOX 360.

I am on Xbox 360 too and am having the same issue. Is there anyone on here using the 360 version and VC being transferred to your account?

Have you contacted Feedback within the app? (Options -> Feedback -> [Issue]).
