It kind of is, but it kind of isn't.

Sure, to have won a Legend season already, you have to have paid into the game. There's no way to have achieved this, without paying.

But, to win these auctions, you need RP. The credit -> RP exchange is terrible. Not terrible in the sense that I feel it's insufficient and needs to be changed, just terrible in that it costs an obscene amount of money to create RP.

It's 100 credits for 1000 RP.

The Jordan card just went for over 500,000 RP.

15,000 credits equals out to 150,000 RP. That means you're dropping close to $400 in real dollars for Jordan, if you want to "pay" for that, it's gonna cost you.

RP just generates naturally in this game though. I have close to 500k right now, and that's after buying 2 or 3 Legends off of AH, and I've only put maybe $60 into this game so far.

I definitely have no plans to put real money into Skybox. That would be insane.. but I certainly already have enough RP to compete for whatever is coming out this week.

I have no idea. I figured we'd get new cards today, since maybe they didn't put one up yesterday because of the holiday.. but it's still not up, and 12PM PT is usually when CD updates stuff.

We'll see.

Also, I'm gonna now create an Auction_Jack account in game.

It doesn't do much anyways, unless you want to spend ridiculous amount of RP on a card that is slightly better, more spec, cards.
