Team Strategy?

i wonder what's the requirement of being in the team? saw some thread all have certain card like MVP-Rivalries and so on but the ultimate goal should it be Team Peaks?


As a Owner should it be Team Peak is ultimate goals? as long as you have the card Legendary++ card to meet that level and have the players to play for that goal...with grinding game like 150k then you could ask people who grinding alot to join your team and ask players who able to meet certain object of the goals.

can some player get a free ride by doing nothing? this seems to be like at schools work as a team...one or two guys show commitment doing work while others doing nothing specially showing not commitment.

Right now teams is pretty barebones. The only strategy is having the team play quick games and enter/win seasons for the super perk, but you can only do them once every 7 days. Other than that, anyone that buys packs nets the team some hourly perks like +1 draft pick or refreshes the enhancement cool-down. Hopefully that add more goals and/or other features to make teams worthwhile.

one of the thing is need players who suitable to win that goal...on team goals like winning games at quick games need alot of dedication especially during event like Rivalries.
