Why am I unable to play now?

Whenever I go to Quick Game and press 1 of the 4 it says: "No more purchases may be made, and no more games can be started."

When I tried to play I got a maintenance code. It must due to that.

Thank you. I was getting mad because I thought they had banned me for no reason. It usually says when you start it up if they're doing maintenance
