Dear Danan,
I played around 13k games, I spent a lot of time and money on this game. I am an honest paying customer. I'm trying to continue to play and support this game but it’s really frustrating when you are accused to be a cheater for breaking EULA/TOS twice without a valid reason. If you look into my account closely, I am nowhere near the bot user or altering the game in any kind of way. I only played 13k games, I never placed top 100 on RC and I spent a lot of money buying packs to get MVP and RS foil cards that I have on my account (you can confirmed my deck from my posts on this forum).
At 1AM European time today, I received the email that my account has been unlocked. Right away I tried to login several times but I still get the popup up "Your account is banned error 10-200”
I decided to:
- Uninstall the app from my tablet
- Uninstall/ Install again the app on my phone
- login with google and this time it was successfull, Yeah, all is working finally!!!
First thing I did was claim the season reward and the daily picker, press on the RTTC event to see these new cards, I tap the screen without play any games (just the introduction animation) and I got the verification code. I didn’t take any screenshot of the verification code but I can remember and it was requested to select the bull-square. I selected it correctly (because I don't play any games) and boom again, "Account banned, to dispute the ban you can contact Feedback - Card Issues Error 10-200".
To prove what I'm saying you can find as attachment these screenshot, and you Danan can for the first time double check what I reported on my game log, I am confident you won't find anything out of the ordinary, because I'm telling the truth.
At this point I want an explanation why my account got banned instantly this time for select the correct image. I still have 1350 credits from my last purchase (I have all the google email). Once again, I’m an honest paying customer. I do not use bot or alter the game, I did not break any EULA/TOS.
I'm not saying that every people you banned from this game was innocent, but I'm asking you to review my specific case, where I am expelled from the game 10 seconds after I logged in.
I have been a player on your previous game series Nba2k15 and I'm also player (with the same ign tecnico25) of the WWE2K app, so you can check/confirm that I have never been banned for cheat.
I enjoy spending a lot of time and money playing this game because for some of us it's a nice opportunity to free our mind from real life and problems. I understand it’s work/business for you, but please try to fix this as soon as possible, because it's not acceptable that an honest paying player to be banned for no valid reason and become paranoid of playing again in the future.
