You basically highlighted the two issues that I have. With a star++ deck and no matchmaking, I'm finishing 1st or 2nd every round regardless.

48k RP for a 17% chance (at best) of getting a star is absolutely ridiculous. They either need to make the star card guaranteed for the 48k or they need to severely limit the amount needed to create a recipe.

I'm guessing CD's company line will go along the lines of "these cards are the best in the game for their respective tiers and weren't available before." Yeah, it sucks that these new cards are so elusive and unauctionable, but in a way, I'm okay with that since that's generally the way life goes. It makes getting one that more thrilling with side benefit of making AH alive for recipe ingredients.

Whoever mentioned it is spot on that this is a game changer at launch for next year's app when everyone starts at the same level and any blacktop card is great. For me, I'll save my blacktop points for playoff tier - knowing the recipe there will be insane . Already rolling with 25 star pros (with needing to possibly replace a few sellable star pros), so the urgency to get an event or blacktop star isn't there anymore. Season rewards will actually help me more at this point.

I'm not really going to be going after the recipe rewards anyway. I'm viewing them more as an added bonus than anything else. Not going to set myself up for disappointment

Will the % be carried on each month like the points are.
Example: if I got a lot of the receipe and had my percentage at 9.02%, when the month ends and new cards become available to win, would my percentage go back to 7% or would my 9.02% be carried on like the points are

Yeah I hope it carries over, I trained 5 uncommons and 1 SR to get .0212% so it's going to take a while to get to 17%

I'm pretty sure I read that the percentages remain UNTIL you create a card, so I assume that means it carrys over

Do trained cards feed more into the % than normal cards for the recipe?
