Unfortunately I did it all. I grinded during the RCs and RTTCs since the beginning. Mainly because of the team aspect and chasing those Good Agent perks (don't get me started on how those)

With the face scanning thing in the companion app, I'm sure CD will be raking it in with new money from new players.

Hopefully there's other new gameplay elements for the veterans though.

That's all that face scanning app is for and that's probably why they said screw loyalty rewards. They expect to get an influx of new people and want to have the playing field as level as possible to draw em in. I mean the app is coming out almost 2 weeks before the console game. The promo is pro any player of your choice within the first 2 weeks. Coincidence? I think not.

Face scanning is one of those features that's only cool the first time you use it. After that you're blah about it

Well I'll be playing the new app. My addiction at this stage is still real. But my goal for next year is to be a free player. So goodbye to all those event cards I'll be seeing.

Yeah but you can't play like that. If you don't have the top of the line cards why is it fun to have a lu that will struggle to compete in seasons and btc. There will always be someone with a better lu but if you're playing the game a lot without getting some of the top cards then it's not fun at all. Heck it's not even fun when getting the top cards.

And I didn't get any event cards in leg and star but I knew PO tier was coming. If I continued to not get the top cards in PO tier then what's the point. Unless you're purely in it to just waste time here or there or to collect all types of cards from a team or player and don't care about having the best cards available

Don't forget the major equalizer in BTC, MrD. It's a free mode if you have all ingredients AND, most importantly, with the best cards for each tier as rewards!

... That is... if CD doesn't have any major negative changes in the gameplay mode that will be available for the first time since beginning of an app... New strategies with BTC could entice veterans to at least try out 17 with the pack buying whales being the main competition in BTC and seasons in the initial stages of game... assuming the grinding bots are banned of course lol...

I'm going to try my best to be a free player as well chasing those BTC and season reward cards (and chasing decent rewards in events without pay2win strategies)... with the events with Bucks cards being my main temptation to spend...

Now if CD introduces any magnificent changes to any of the minor to major gameplay elements...
