Pretty sure you can only get them from packs at this stage.
Oh and the extras pack won't have them in it either.

Veteran Contracts seem to be the new WCs. I only drafted 1 in 500 games. What about Star Contracts? How to get them? Only as ladder reward?

Last year they were only available in contracts packs or when the Good Agent perk was activated within your team. I drafted about 6-7 vet contracts in my 500 games

lol so I started playing for a bit then I saw it costs credits to list cards on the auction house is this some sort of a joke? If this is how it's gonna be I'm quitting before I've even really got started. Also not to mention the lack of loyalty rewards is pretty awful. I think this might be the final nail in the coffin for this trash they've got away with it for far too long.

You use cards to boost another cards stats based on specs. Each time you use that stat in a game it burns 1 charge
