Just posted KotC results and tracker for anyone who cares. Numbers went up across the board as people figured out how to play by HS throughout after a glitchy debut event.

I think my 25-man lineup will be ready for the two Star base cards in RttC now that I have a bunch more Leg pros and Star singles.

Alas... why am I still playing this game again? Lol... especially now that Bucks are trying to get into into playoff picture...

Thanks for the update man. Those point totals were ridiculously high. Gotta hope they come down as people quit/don't feel the need to grind on the weekend/get ready for PO tier.

2nd star card in RTTC is tough to get with no star pros. Its a Star++ strength and a couple of guys on our team got it on +10, stat charging, using abilities, getting lucky with matchups and still lost a few games. So it can be done but will be a challenge without star pros. I got about 300 pts into Draymond Green last time, but I had to stop because i was losing more than I was winning, and it just wasn't worth it. From what i've seen around, looks like 3-4 star pros and the same strategies mentioned above are the magic formulas needed to slightly win +14 on the 2nd card. I have 5 now so I should be good.

15 leg pros/star singles should allow you win pretty easily on +14 on the first star card.

thats if RttC is coming back. is there confirmation that it is?

because if its not, I have a feeling its not coming back as a major weekend event anymore. If they do bring it back, it will probably be a mid-week mini even.

because if its not, I have a feeling its not coming back as a major weekend event anymore. If they do bring it back, it will probably be a mid-week mini even.

I think i saw someone on FB or twitter that pointed out if you now map out the events after this RTTC/KOTC switch around, RTTC will fall on the first weekend of the actual NBA playoffs, which would be assumed to be when the new tier drops. Which we all know CD loves RTTC on the first weekend of a new tier because of the desperation of buying packs and gn to finish.

I think i saw someone on FB or twitter that pointed out if you now map out the events after this RTTC/KOTC switch around, RTTC will fall on the first weekend of the actual NBA playoffs, which would be assumed to be when the new tier drops. Which we all know CD loves RTTC on the first weekend of a new tier because of the desperation of buying packs and gn to finish.

Seems quite plausible! CD was good enough to launch PO tier and PO RttC on same week as end of regular season/start of playoffs by having card designs ready for all teams in playoff contention. They only had to worry about 3 teams that were 3 games or less out of the 8th seed in both conferences last year, but (yes, still a long way to go) it seems like there's a bigger pool of teams this season that haven't gone into tank mode yet with 7 teams currently within 3 games of the 8 spot.

The mid-season update will probably happen in mid-March, even though there is a preview in the March BTC pool... I'm more excited about the easy Giannis Leg Pro!

Well as we saw with the pre-feburary update Nikola Vucevic star card, all they have to copy and paste images from lower card tiers onto those playoff templates and they're good to go!

I honestly think that KOTC will be every other week and on the off weeks they will rotate RC and RTTC. Since KOTC is their newest mode and a money maker, they will pimp that. So I think we see RTTC this week then KOTC next then RC then KOTC and so forth and so on.

You're right with Spurs RTTC! Weird that they're going with team theme, but that's only way to get base Star for LaMarcus... which keeps AH healthy. Though a Star Lebron 2014 Heat would've been nice too!

Other than helping with resets, the extra picks make daily/weekly quicksell, training and charging a lot easier! Also, this might increase chances of getting ingredients for the mostly-broken BTC recipes...

On that note, one thing I liked about myNHL2k is that you get the same number of pics as quarters you win... so you get 2-4 picks without the And One perk... maybe that would be something that would spice up QG in myNBA and keep more people playing in between events (and thereby possibly getting more users spending credits to post cards onto AH)...

I still have yet to pull a Star during an event in weeks. I dont even expect it now. Primed the pump for a couple of days before RTTC. I am on 1st Pau now, and nothing.

I did win a Star season. I wasnt trying to though. I only want a regular Star. Last season I did, I got Wiggins. What can I do with a Record Setter card? I dont buy packs and there arent any wildcards and my team is not good enough to get GA so I can even attempt to get a Star contract. Oh well.....
